    Sales tax is not separately calculated and collected in connection with items ordered from CITIEMOBILE through the Amazon.com Site unless explicitly indicated as such in the ordering process.     Returns and Refunds

    Standard Return Policy

    We offer a 30 day return policy for most new & unopened items with original packaging and all accessories in sealed condition.† No returns are allowed without proper RMA or outside return period.

    Exceptions to our return policy:††††
    All protector films can only be returned if seal is not broken, unless it is defective.

    Non-Defective Items

    • Please process Amazon return request within 30 days from purchase date to request RMA.††Items returned without authorization will be refused or abandoned and will not be credited.
    • Re-Stocking fee of 10% will be applied to all returns of non-defective items.
    • For free shipping & non-free shipping items, original postage cost is not refundable. Buyer is responsible for shipping back non-defective items.
    • Please include a copy of any conversation as well as RMA document from Amazon .
    • All returns are subject to inspection.† Opened items must be in re-sellable condition; packing must be in perfect condition and must include all accessories and manuals in sealed condition, warranty cards must be unfilled.† If after items are received and inspected we determine that items are not in proper condition to be sold again, a higher re-stocking fee will be applied or item will be returned to customer.
    • We are not responsible for items that do not arrive to the warehouse instructed on RMA. We strongly suggest that you ship your package in a way that allows you to track the shipment and receive proof of delivery.
    • After items are received and inspected, please allow up to 5-10 business days to process credit to your Amazon account.† Please contact us if you dont receive a refund within this time frame.

    Warranty & Defective items ††††
    Every product sold includes manufacturers warranty; complete warranty information is included with the product. All returns after 30 days from purchase date must be done directly with the manufacturer.†

    All returns are subject to inspection upon arrival at our warehouse, if items reported as defective are not found defective or if item is returned damaged a higher restocking fee will be applied.

    Cancellation request/ Refused orders
    Once the order is far in the shipping process or has already shipped, it can not be cancelled. An RMA needs to be requested and re-stocking fee will be applied.† Customer will be responsible for shipping charges both ways.

    All returns require an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. All items returned without RMA number will be refused.

    All returns must include the following:

      1. Original packaging (manufacturer's box, plastic bags, etc.)

      2. Original intact UPC barcode. Removal of the UPC code voids eligibility of return regardless of RMA or credit request status.

      3. Valid RMA is REQUIRED on every return package. You can obtain the RMA number by contacting us at with your Invoice Number or Order Number.

      4. Original packing slip if applicable

      5. Complete accessories (antennas, remote controls, batteries, software disks, etc.)

      6. Manufacturer documentation (manuals, warranty cards, registration information, etc.)
