We usually ship via FedEx or UPS. Shipping & handling fees are disclosed on our website, and apply to non-freight shipments to all continental, contiguous USA addresses. Extra charges may apply in special cases. Please call for shipping quotes, for example, if your order involves:

Order processing time:
In-stock items usually ship within 1-3 business days of payment receipt, unless specified otherwise. We do not ship on weekends or holidays. We can only ship to street addresses, not P.O. Boxes. Standard shipping does NOT include insurance - if you would like us to ship insured, please request this explicitly. We are not responsible for packages lost or misplaced by the carrier.
Neobits is not responsible for shipping delays, including delays related to order processing or unexpected increase in demand. Any estimated order to ship days are estimates and do not represent a commitment by Neobits to meet such timelines. Stock status shown on Amazon is updated once a day, however since we sell through multiple channels, stock may be depleted before the Amazon status is updated.† This may result in shipping delays or cancellations.†
Any address correction requests after a product is shipped will be subject to carrier-imposed address-correction charges (unless the error was ours, in which case we will absorb those charges).
Typos, Content Errors:
Neobits is not liable for pricing errors or errors in content including description, images, etc. If you place an order for a product that was incorrectly priced, we will cancel your order and credit you for any charges. In the event that we inadvertently ship an order based on a pricing error, we will issue a revised invoice to you for the correct price and contact you to obtain your authorization for the additional charge, or assist you with return of the product. If the pricing error results in an overcharge to you, Neobits will credit your account for the amount overcharged.
Order Acceptance, Changes:
Neobits reserves the right to unilaterally accept or reject any order upon review. Any orders that are not accepted will be refunded in full.
Academic products require proof of academic affiliation. Please call us with questions regarding purchase of academic products. Any orders for academic products that are not accompanied by proper documentation will be rejected.
If a change of address is desired for an order already placed, a new order must be placed with the correct shipping address, and the incorrect order cancelled (subject to the cancellation policy).
In most cases an order that has not yet shipped (or, in case of licenses or services, not yet issued) may be cancelled without penalty, except that orders for special order products, licenses or services may not be cancelled for any reason. We always need to check with the warehouse that the order has been removed from queue before we can confirm a cancellation and refund.
Neobits offers a 20-day return/refund period on unopened items. A minimum 20% restocking fee will apply. Any shipping/handling fees paid is non-refundable, and buyer pays for return shipping. Installation and labor fees are non-refundable for any reason, nor are installation materials, nor are we liable for any other costs incurred by you. To qualify for refund, items must be returned in unopened, mint condition with all original packaging, components, CDs, manuals, cables, etc. For items with free shipping offers, our cost of shipping will be deducted from the refund amount. You MUST obtain an RMA # and return instructions from us before returning the item. Any packages returned without a valid RMA # will be refused by receiving and returned to the sender. Buyer pays for return shipping. All sales are final after 20 days and no returns are accepted after that period. All manufacturer warranties stay in full effect.
Please note that we have no control over the product descriptions or images on the Amazon website.† Please check our website, or research the manufacturer part number to make sure you are ordering the correct item.† If we shipped you what you ordered based on the manufacturer part number, we are not responsible if it doesn't match the description on the Amazon website.
*Acer notebooks are not returnable for any reason. This is due to strict manufacturer policies. Neobits sells Acer products brand new, without modification, and in the original manufacturer box. The Acer Total Protection plan, which can be purchased at the time of an Acer notebook or tablet purchase, offers replacement at Acer's discretion if the item cannot be fully repaired.
*Products manufactured by ClearOne, Bizfon, Activision Blizzard, Wholesale Interiors (including Baxton Studios brand) and several other manufacturers are not returnable for any reason. This is due to strict manufacturer policies. Please discuss your application with a salesperson prior to purchase to ensure the system will fit your requirements. If an item is delivered damaged, you must document the damage upon receipt, and file a claim with the carrier.
*Telephony or computer systems, phones, adapters, software, cards and other components and accessories are not returnable for any reason. We recognize that due to the newness of technology, you may be purchasing these items hoping that they will work in your environment. However Neobits makes no representations, express or implied, with respect to the compatibility of a component with your system or environment, or its suitability for any particular purpose.
*Software and video games are not returnable.† Gaming products are not returnable once opened.

In all cases, if an item is defective, you are entitled to warranty repair within the manufacturer warranty period, subject to the respective manufacturer's policies.
Please call us at 1-866-NEOBITS or email customercare(at)neobits(dot)com in case of defect. We will attempt to resolve the issue via phone or email. In case the item must be returned for repair, you MUST obtain an RMA # and return instructions from us before returning the item. No returns will be accepted without an RMA #. Buyer pays for return shipping. Units returned will be tested and if found defective, repair will be attempted. If repair is not possible, a replacement will be shipped. Units returned and found not to be defective will be returned at customer's expense. Units found to have been damaged by customer will be repaired at customer's expense with prior customer authorization. Extended care warranty is available for many items to cover shipping costs on items returned for repair.
Advance replacements may be available on a case by case basis.† For all advance replacements (no exceptions), the replacement must be paid for in advance as if it's a new purchase (including shipping cost if applicable). Once the original item is returned the appropriate credit will be applied as applicable towards the original payment.

Sales tax is not separately calculated and collected in connection with items ordered from NeobitsInc through the Amazon.com Site unless explicitly indicated as such in the ordering process. Items ordered from NeobitsInc may be subject to tax in certain states, based on the state to which the order is shipped. If an item is subject to sales tax, in accordance with state tax laws, the tax is generally calculated on the total selling price of each individual item, including shipping and handling charges, gift-wrap charges and other service charges, less any applicable discounts.
