    RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY

    We will accept returns up to 21 days from purchase date. Some exceptions may apply. Original shipping and handling charges are not refundable. All returned or exchanged products must be in brand-new factory sealed condition and you must contact us to obtain RMA number for your return. Without RMA number, we can not accept your return and your return shipment may be refused and you might be charged additional shipping cost to return the item back to you. Items must be in the original, sealed manufacturer's packaging with all packaging materials, including instruction booklets, packing inserts, and the blank warranty cards.

    We do not accept return for item that has been opened from its original packaging unless DOA(Death On Arrival) and you let us know within 48 hours of delivery(based on tracking). In this case, we will send you a replacement item after we receive the defective product and inspect it. Restocking fee will apply for non-defective item return, missing accessories, or original packaging.

    Items returned will be denied and returned back to the sender if they are returned under any of the following conditions:
    - Any product that shows physical damage (accidental or tampering)
    - Any product that is not purchased from us (we confirmed serial number and all part numbers for every return items)
    - Any product without a valid and readable serial number, missing UPC code, filled warranty card or have been registered
    - Non-refundable/repairable items such as opened software, license keys, digital download, opened inks/toners and other consumable products

    In addition, we do not accept returns for processing equipment once used with chemistry such as printers (once toner, ink or ribbon cartridges have been installed). Please contact manufacturer for any issue with your new printer.

    Your order can only be cancelled prior to shipment, however most of time we ship your order within just few hours. Once they are in route to you, the order can not be cancelled or refused unless instructed by us in written. If you do refuse it, you will be responsible for charges of shipping and handling both ways and additional restocking fee may apply.

    Note: Upon delivery, please inspect your package that it is not physically damaged and in operable condition. DO NOT SIGN the delivery manifest until you have inspected the item. If the merchandise is damaged, please make the notation on the delivery manifest, and have the person delivering the merchandise sign as a witness to the damages.

    TVs, monitors, computers, and printers, are not accepted for credit, refund or exchange unless DOA(Death On Arrival) and you notify us within 48 hours of delivery time as state on the tracking info.

    If the above conditions are not met, we have the right to refuse the return and charge reshipping cost back to buyer or discard the item if buyer does not provide reshipping cost.

    How Our Rates Are Calculated

    Amazon.com charges buyers a flat rate for shipping seller orders, and passes the funds to the seller to offset the costs of packaging and labor, as well as the actual postage required.

    The credit given to a seller will usually closely match what the seller pays to ship the item, using the option that you have chosen (i.e. Domestic Standard, Domestic Expedited, etc.).
