- UPS does not accommodate orders to Post Office Boxes or APO/FPO addresses
- TradePort does not ship to Puerto Rico
- TradePort does not ship to International locations including Canada
- Each product is insured to guarantee full replacement value in the event that the package is lost, stolen or damaged in transit. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable
- Any claim for insurance has to be filed, processed and approved before sending out a replacement, if available. This process can take 2-4 weeks
- TradePort does not reimburse shipping and handling charges for returned product
- UPS Ground Domestic - 1 to 5 business days
- UPS 3-Day Select - Delivery by the end of the third business day
- UPS 2-Day Air Domestic - Delivery by the end of the second business day

Returns and Refunds
We offer a 30-day exchange-only return policy for all item sold on Amazon.com. We have outlined our return policy below for your review.
1.) We allow 30 days from the date of purchase in which to notify us of receipt of DOA product or product with functionality problems.
2.) All returns must have an RMA number before they are returned to us. Please use the Amazon order number as your RMA number.
3.) After the return period has expired, please contact the manufacturer or authorized dealer to resolve any problems with your equipment.
4.) We must receive the returned item within 14 days of issuing the RMA, or we will cancel the RMA and refuse the return. Include a copy of your invoice in the box including RMA number (Amazon order number), customer name, address, phone number and a brief description of why the item is being returned.
5.) Customer is responsible for cost of return shipping. Use the most convenient means of shipping. Insurance is recommended.
Following these guidelines will guarantee that you receive prompt attention and will ensure that your replacement item will be shipped to you in a timely manner.
NOTE: Before returning an item to TradePort for an exchange, please be sure that you have exhausted all options including user-error and manufacturer technical support.
