Damaged in Transit: If your package arrives damaged in transit, please make sure that you obtain a receipt describing the damage, signed by the delivery person. It is important that you retain the carton and all the packing material, and contact us ASAP. If you noticed the damage after the delivery person has departed, contact the carrier promptly to schedule an inspection of your damaged shipment. If the carrier elects to pick up the damaged shipment from you, please make sure that you obtain a Receipt, and provide us with a copy thereof, so that we can begin to work on your replacement.

Product Warranty: All our products are brand new and warrantied by the respective manufacturers, unless specifically stated otherwise on the specific product. All Manufacturer Warranties are subject to the conditions set forth by the respective manufacturers.

Manufacturers encourage that all warranty issues should be dealt with the specially designated Service Departments, as indicated in the paperwork packaged with the item - and usually provide toll free numbers for quick technical assistance, should you encounter any difficulty with the usage of a product. We encourage that you avail yourself of the free warranty service provided by each Manufacturer, as detailed in the paperwork supplied with your product. Many initially diagnosed 'defective' issues often turn out to be compatibility or usage issues, where the manufacturers' technical team can be quite helpful for a quick resolution.

Cancellations: If you need to cancel your Order, please do so via email to Orders are processed rather quickly, and once an order has been entered into our Shipping assembly line, it cannot be cancelled. Thus, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to cancel your Order prior to shipment. However, if upon receipt, you still do not want the product, it is returnable as per our Return Policy above.

    Focus Camera Shipping Policies

    We ship via UPS, Fedex, and USPS Postal Service. APO, FPO, and PO Box shipments are only via USPS. Shipments to APO/FPO destinations may take several weeks to arrive, as per USPS delivery guidelines.

    Standard Shipping time is usually 2-4 business days to the East Coast and/or the Midwest, and 6-7 business days to the West Coast - from the date of shipment. Expedited Shipping time is usually 3 or 4 business days, from the date of shipment.

    Please allow additional 1-2 business days for order processing, packing, and shipping. We make every effort to reduce the processing time and most orders are shipped promptly. Please take into consideration that it may take 24 to 48 hours for us to receive your order from, due to Amazon's credit card verification process.

    If you do not receive your Order in a timely manner, please contact us at Occasionally, a shipment may get mis-routed or lost in transit. The faster you advise us, the faster we can work on it. We aim to please - so please communicate with us.

    If you live in a multi-unit building, it is important that you specify your floor number and your apartment number; and/or your Street house number; and any other specific address information, as needed. UPS, and other carriers, will not deliver in the absence of this vital information; or they will charge additional fees if they need to look for your floor or your apartment number. It is important that you provide this information to avoid the aggravation of your shipment being returned by the carrier, and the expenses of re-shipment.

    Returns and Refunds

    Return or Replacement Policy: If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it (see exceptions in Paragraph g) below) within 30 days of receipt, for a refund, or a replacement - subject to the following:

    a) Contact Focus Camera to receive a Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, to ensure proper handling of the return and/or replacement. Products cannot be returned without an RMA number.

    b) In order to be eligible for a full refund, less shipping expenses, your returned merchandise must be in its original unopened mint condition, as shipped, with all packaging, manuals, and paperwork intact and unaltered. Items removed from their 'blister-pack' display packaging do not qualify for a full refund.

    c) Only the purchase price of the product is refundable. Customers remain responsible for the shipping and handling expenses incurred in shipping the item to them. If an item is offered with "Free Shipping," this means we are paying the freight on your behalf. If that product is returned for a refund, the shipping expenses incurred, will be deducted from the refund. If an item is refused, the carrier bills us for shipping both ways, and these expenses incurred on your behalf need to be deducted from your refund.

    d) The issuance of an RMA# does not guarantee final disposition, as all returns are subject to our inspection. If the product you are returning is not in brand new, mint condition, as per Paragraph b) above, it will be subject to a 20% restocking fee in accordance with's guidelines, of at least 10%. If your return is missing accessory components, or shows signs of wear and tear - restocking fees may be higher. So please limit your Returns to unopened items in their original condition with all documentation, packing material, and accessories intact.

    e) Returns should be packed in an outer shipping carton, to avoid defacing the original box/packing of the product. The RMA# should be clearly inscribed on the shipping label. A copy of your invoice and Order # should be included, and your Return should be insured, with shipping costs pre-paid. We cannot accept any COD shipments.

    f) If the Return is due to our error, please contact us for a pre-paid Shipping Label, which would enable you to return the product at our expense.†

    g) There are product categories which are not returnable, due to hygienic, sanitary, or other reasons, as required by the respective Manufacturers. Please review the categories below to make sure that your purchase qualifies to be returned.

    Non-Returnable Categories: Laptops, BBQ Grills; Consumable, Perishable, and/or Sensitized items, such as: Paper, Ink, Lamps, Bulbs, Batteries, and Software; Car Stereo, DJ, and Home Audio; DVD Players; Video Games and Consoles; Home and Kitchen Appliances; Luggage; Musical Instruments; Personal Care; Printers and Scanners; Projection Screens; Televisions; Headphones/Earphones; Special Order items, where indicated; and all items over $1200.00.
