    JustKidsStore has been providing an extensive selection of Strollers, Car Seats, Baby Crib Bedding, Child Safety Gear, Baby Clothing and Feeding Items to our customers in the US and across the Globe since 2007. JustKidsStore operates out of a 25,000 square foot warehouse in the North suburbs of Chicago.

    JustKidsStore Shipping Rates


    Shipping Methods:

    The following shipping methods are available to our customers. If you are eligible for "Free Shipping" and you choose any shipping method other than FedEx Ground, the cost of the shipping charge will be reduced by the amount of the ground shipment:
    • FedEx Ground
      • Delivery Times: 1-7 business days, based on distance to the destination. See map above for estiimated delivery times.
      • Service Days: Tuesday–Saturday. Delivery is between 9 a.m. and 8 p.m.
      • Exceptions: FedEx Home Delivery cannot deliver to P.O. boxes.
      • Signature Required: All orders over $150 require an Indirect Signature. Certain other items below this dollar amount may also require a signature. For information about your specific order, please contact us.
    • FedEx Smart Post
      • Explanation: Fedex will deliver the package to USPS facility for final delivery by a postal carrier.
      • Delivery Times: 2-7 business days, based on distance to the destination.
      • Service Days: Monday–Saturday
    • USPS First Class Mail - Ground Mail service available World Wide. Transit time within the US is 2-8 Business Days.
    • USPS Priority Mail - Air/Ground Mail Service available World Wide. Transit time within the US is 1-5 Business Days.
    • JustKidsStore.com also offers FedEX Express service with 3, 2, and Next Day Transit Times.

    Free Shipping Policy:


    JustKidsStore Free Shipping offer utilizes "Standard Shipping" and is valid only to the 48 contiguous United States.

    "Standard Shipping" applies to regular home delivery and cannot deliver to P.O. boxes. Upgraded shipping speeds or destinations outside of the 
    48 contiguous United States will incur additional shipping fees shown during checkout.

    Sales tax is not separately calculated and collected in connection with items ordered from JustKidsStore through the Amazon.com Site unless explicitly indicated as such in the ordering process.     How To Return Your Item(s)

    1. Please enclose your original receipt with order number, and/or a copy of your e-mail confirmation with your item(s). Refunds may be delayed if you do not include your order number.

    JustKidsStore 90-Day Return Policy:

    Change your mind? Get duplicates as a gift? Don't worry, JustKidsStore.com offers customers a 90-day return option for all unused merchandise. To make a return, follow these simple steps:
    1. Make sure that your item(s) is unused and returned in resalable condition. This includes sending back all manuals, parts, accessories and original, undamaged packaging.
    2. If you are worried about the condition of your product, please contact us before proceeding with your return. Returned items missing any of these components or that appear to be used or laundered will not be accepted.
    3. Should you choose to return your product and it is deemed resalable by JustKidsStore, we will issue a full refund to your method of payment less shipping costs.
      1. For orders where shipping costs were included IN ADDITION to product costs; you will be issued a full refund for the amount of the product costs. Shipping costs will NOT be refunded.
      2. For orders where you received Free Shipping (including those over $99 and automatically qualified); you will be issued a full refund for the amount of the product costs minus our original cost to ship the product to you.

    Damaged or Defective Products:

    If your product arrives damaged or defective, you may be eligible for Free repair or replacement.
    1. If the item(s) is damaged in shipping, JustKidsStore will process a claim with the shipping company. Once this claim is completed, your product will be replaced or refunded. For more specific details about shipping damage, please contact our customer service department.
    2. If the item(s) appears to suffer from a manufacturer defect, you should follow our Warranty procedure: All of our products are covered under a manufacturer warranty. The individual terms of each policy may vary by manufacturer, but these warranties protect the customer from defects in workmanship or materials (warranties do not apply to normal wear or damage from misuse, abuse, improper storage and handling, installation, accident, unauthorized repair or alteration). If or when a customer receives a defective product, the appropriate course of action is to contact the manufacturer and resolve the issue. When handling these issues under the umbrella of the manufacturer warranty, customers' items can be repaired or replaced free of charge.
      1. If, for any reason, the customer wishes not to contact the manufacturer or is unable to reconcile with the manufacturer, JustKidsStore will attempt on the customer's behalf.
      2. If a customer sends a defective item back as a return, and forgoes the Manufacturer Warranty option, then his/her order will be handled as a regular return and shipping fees may be deducted. See the above return policy for more information on these fees.
