For the first 14 days of your purchase (After your receipt), you may return merchandise for a full money back refund, excluding any shipping charges (for items which we offer free shipping our standard shipping charges will be deducted from any refund or credit.) 

Returned or exchanged products must be in brand-new, mint condition. Items must be in the original, undamaged manufacturer's packaging with all packaging materials, including instruction booklets, packing inserts, and the blank warranty cards. Any merchandise missing the original Universal Product Code (UPC) cannot be returned. The manufacturer's labeled packaging must be enclosed within an additional shipping carton. Please do not place stickers or shipping labels on the original manufacturer's package. Please ship your parcel back to Photo Warehouse, 120 Bernoulli Circle, Oxnard, Ca. 93030,  freight prepaid and Insured. Sorry, Photo Warehouse cannot accept COD or freight-collect shipments. Duties and Taxes for International Orders

The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country and brokerage fees / custom clearance charges which may be imposed by the carrier . These charges must be borne by the recipient; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.

International Orders
Will I have to pay customs fees on my order?
Your order may be charged customs fees (taxes, duties, processing fees, brokerage fees, etc.) when it arrives. Unfortunately, UlrafineOnline/PhotoWarehouse has no control over these fees. If you are not familiar with the customs fees in your country, please check with your local customs office for more information. Also, because we are a retail store, we are NOT able to mark orders as 'Gifts' for customers to avoid paying these fees, so please do not ask us to do so.

The shipping charges you pay to UltrafineOnline/Photo Warehouse do NOT include customs fees, import taxes, brokerage fees, or duties. If you refuse to pay the customs fees when your order arrives, the shipment will be returned to UltrafineOnline/PhotoWarehouse and we will be charged the customs fees plus return shipping costs. Therefore, we do not issue refunds for customs fees, shipping, or the cost of your order if you refuse to pay the customs fees nor do we reimburse you for any of these charges.

Ultrafineonline/Photo Warehouse has no way of estimating customs fees, taxes, duties, etc. so please do not ask us to do so - we don't have this information. Please contact your local customs office if you need to know more.

It is possible that the delivery of your order could be delayed due to customs processing. If your order does not arrive in a reasonable amount of time, you should check with your local customs office to see if they are holding the package for payment of fees. Also, some customs offices will send a separate invoice for your customs fees that could arrive several weeks after you receive your shipment. Please be familiar with the customs laws in your country before you order!

    Delivery

     Photo Warehouse makes every effort to get your order to you as soon as possible. Orders for in-stock items placed on business days before 1:00 P.M. Pacific Time are generally shipped the same day. Please note that orders placed on weekends (those received Fridays after 12:00 P.M.) will be processed on the following Monday.

    In some instances there might be a delay until the order gets transferred to Photo Warehouse due to Amazon's credit card verification system. This might cause your order to be processed the next shipping day. Please take this into consideration when you place your order. 

    If there is a problem with your order, you will receive an e-mail within one business day to advise you about the situation.
