    Everydaysource Shipping Policies

    ***To ensure a delivery prior December 25, please place your order with us before December 14th ,2014.


    Shipping Policies:

    Depending on your location and size of the order, shipments are made via UPS, DHL or United States Postal Service with a delivery confirmation. Please note that UPS will NOT deliver to P.O. boxes or APO / FPO addresses.

    Orders are shipped out within 2 business (working) days, Monday thru Friday. These exclude any holidays and weekends. Orders are generally delivered within 2 weeks of the SHIPMENT date. Please note that during the holiday seasons, delivery may be delayed due to high volume.

    Standard U.S. : 4 to 10 business days after shipping - ESTIMATED TIME.

    Wrong Address Problems:

    If there is a problem with the address causing the package to be undeliverable, the package will be sent again ONLY after if the problem is resolved and confirmed with the customer.

    We only collect sales tax in California. For states imposing sales or use taxes, your purchase is subject to use tax unless it is specifically exempt from taxation. Your purchase is not exempt merely because it is made over the Internet or by other remote means. Many states require purchasers to file a sales/use tax return at the end of the year reporting all of the taxable purchases that were not taxed and to pay tax on those purchases. Listed below, to our best knowledge, are states that require retailers to provide notice.  It is to your best interest to find out details of how to file these returns at the websites of your respective taxing authorities.

    Vermont:
    For Vermont purchasers, the tax may be reported and paid on the Vermont use tax form. The use tax form and corresponding instructions are available on the Vermont department of taxes website. We are required to provide the notice above for Vermont purchases based on Vermont law (H 436) enacted in May 2011. 

    Tennessee:
    Please be aware that purchases shipped to Tennessee may be subject to Tennessee Use Tax (T.C.A. § 67-6-210) unless an exemption exists under Tennessee law. A sale is not exempt under Tennessee law because it is made through the Internet. Payments of applicable Tennessee use tax may be made through the Tennessee Department of Revenue's Website at //apps.tn.gov/usetax.

    Oklahoma: 
    For Oklahoma purchasers, the tax may be reported and paid on the Oklahoma individual income tax return [Form 511] or by filing a consumer use tax return [Form 21-1].     Kentucky:
    Please be aware that you may owe the Commonwealth of Kentucky Use Tax on your purchases. You may visit //revenue.ky.gov/individual/usetax.htm for referenced forms and filing instructions. We're required to provide this notice in accordance with KRS 139.450.

    South Dakota:
    For South Dakota purchasers, the tax may be reported and paid on the South Dakota use tax form. The use tax form and corresponding instructions are available on the South Dakota Department of Revenue website. We are required to provide the notice above for South Dakota purchases based on South Dakota law (SB 146) enacted in April 2011.

    South Carolina:

    Returns and Refunds

    Standard Return Policy

    • Return for replacement: 30 days from the Invoice date

    • Return for refund( original  purchase price only, shipping and handling charges are NOT refundable):30 days from the Invoice date

    Unless otherwise indicated, products sold by Everydaysource® are covered by the following Standard Return Policy. These products are backed by a 30-day Money Back Guarantee.  You may return the item(s) to us within 30 days of your purchase for a full refund or an exchange for whatever reason. Please note that the original and return shipping and handling charges will NOT be reimbursed or refunded under any circumstances.

    Many manufacturers offer additional factory coverage. For the OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) item with the retail packaging, please refer to the Manufacturer's Warranties Policy below.


    Special Return Policy

    • Return for refund (original purchase price only, shipping and handling charges are NOT refundable): 30 days from the Invoice date

    All returns under Special Return Policy must include the following:

    1.      Original packaging (manufacturer's plastic bags, box etc.)

    2.      Original intact UPC barcode. Removal of the UPC code voids any possibility of return regardless of RMA or credit request status. Please do not cut out the UPC code (for rebates) until you have examined and tested the product to your satisfaction.

    3.      Original packing slip. Do not mail or dispose of the packing slip (for rebates) until you have examined and tested the product to your satisfaction

    4.      Valid Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) is REQUIRED on every return package. You can obtain the RMA number by contacting us with your Order Number or Invoice Number.

    5.      Manufacturer documentation (registration information, manuals, warranty cards, etc.)

    6.      The return must be complete and includes all accessories (software disks, antennas, remote controls, batteries etc.)

    Note that the RMA number must be written on the invoice or the shipping box. Please do not write the RMA number on the original manufacturers’ packaging. Items received with anything written on the original manufacturer's packaging will be rejected and returned to you at your expense and without credit approval.

    All return items are only accepted within 30 days of the Invoice Date. You are responsible for all shipping charges for returns sent to our Returns houses unless the return products are verified as defective products. For products returned opened or in a non-factory sealed box, they are subject to a 15% restocking fee (except where prohibited by law). For defective products, there is no restocking fee. The original purchasing price of the defective product is refunded. Refund for purchase price will be credited to the original form of payment used.    

    Everydaysource® in its sole and absolute discretion shall determine whether a product is in fact defective.

    Manufacturer’s Warranties

    1.      Return for replacement: Not applicable

    2.      Return for refund: Not applicable

    Everydaysource® does not offer any returns on any products under Manufacturer’s Warranties return policy except that the product is wrongly shipped or is not opened. Only items in the original brand new condition are acceptable for returns. All opened returns will be refused at customer’s expenses. Please contact product’s manufacturers for the warranty details since most of the products under Manufacturer's Warranties return policy are covered by manufacturer's warranty.

    Unless otherwise required by law, products that are listed under Manufacturer’s Warranties return policy must be returned directly to product manufacturer for repair or replacement. For these products, the warranty policy provided by the product manufacturer requires that any repairs and returns etc. should be processed and requested directly by the consumer (or “end-user”) of the item.

     Seasonal Products

    1.      Return for replacement: Not applicable.

    2.      Return for refund: Within 15 days from the Invoice Date

    3.      Return for Refunds must be pre-approved by Everydaysource®.

    Everydaysource® does not offer returns on any products except that they are wrongly shipped or defective item (manufacture defect only; Defect due to user error excluded). All items must be returned in the original brand new condition within 15 days from the invoice date. All returns other than the listed conditions will be refused at customer’s expenses.

    Action & Toy Figures Return Policy

    1. No returns are accepted unless the products are defective.

    2. Defective item must be reported within 7 days from the delivery

    3. RMA is required for all return. Please contact us to obtain the RMA number.

    4. All items returned without RMA number will be refused.

    • All items must be returned in “New” condition. Any items that are returned, dirty or containing fur or hair will be rejected WITHOUT a refund at your expense.

    • 15% restocking fee will apply for all items that are not defective or wrong shipped.

    Return must be complete and include all accessories (antennas, remotes controls, batteries, software disks, etc.) All products are subject to a 15% restocking fee (except where prohibited by law) if returned opened or in a non-factory sealed box, provided that there is no restocking fee for defective products. Except as provided for verified defective products, you will be in charge for all shipping charges for returns sent to our Returns Warehouse. Defective products can only be returned for a refund at the products purchasing price. The purchase price will be credited to the method of payment that was used for the original purchase.

    Everydaysource® in its sole and absolute discretion shall be the sole determiner of whether a product is in fact defective.
