My item arrived damaged, who do I contact?
Please contact ButterflyPhoto directly via email, email@example.com. We will arrange a claim upon your order, and create a new order to replace the damaged one.
I received the wrong product.

Threshold delivery includes: One professional driver, precise scheduling, delivery of product to closest location of receiptants "doorstep", and all deliveries will allow for protection from the elements and assists in theft prevention of the product.
If you haven't been to the gym lately to muscle a 42" plasma television into the home, we offer a service that has a delivery option that does more than just bring your unit into your home. White Glove means sit back and relax while someone else does the dirty work. "White glove" delivery brings the unit into your home, unpacks the unit from the shipping materials, and disposes of the box. There is an additional fee for this service, but just think of all those physical therapy sessions you'll be able to by pass.

All orders are processed upon receipt, and most orders are shipped within 24-48 hours. All packages require signature because we want to protect you against nosey neighbors. Please carefully examine the box of your television before signing for the package. If there is any damage to the shipping box, please refuse delivery. If the condition of the shipping box is satisfactory, an adult's signature is needed to complete delivery. After delivery, please read all documents, and questions regarding warranty coverage,† please contact manufacturer.
Sometimes things happen which may cause a delay; however we make an effort to contact you by phone or e-mail. Please note that shipping time is not the same as total delivery time. We need time to process and assemble your order before we actually ship it. For example, by choosing NEXT DAY AIR means your order will be delivered within 3 to 5 business days after processing time has elapsed. (We try to beat these times.) If your carrier is FedEx, they will make 3 attempts at delivery address before returning package to sender. Note: Shipping and Handling charges are non refundable.
Televisions 42" and over are shipped by Trucking Freight. An additional three business days must be added to the expected delivery time for such packages. Standard shipping methods for large items means "doorstep" delivery of your package. If you choose to have other special delivery options for your service, you must call customer service to arrange. Note that additional charges will be incurred, also fees for resident type ie, apartment buildings, steps, and other elevated areas.

Returns and Refunds
ButterflyPhoto.com offers an exclusive 14-day exchange/refund policy on most items. All returns require prior authorization. Contact us to obtain an RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization) by e-mailing Customer Service . Email response time for this request will be†within†24-48 hours.† Any merchandise returned to us unauthorized will not be accepted.
Return of Defective Items:††† (**Excludes televisions)
Defective items must be returned within 14 days of purchase for exchange/refund. We will inspect the unit, and if defective, issue a refund minus the shipping charges that we incur. In cases of an exchange, we will ship the replacement via Second Day Air. Merchandise found non-defective will be subjected to a 15% restocking fee and loss of shipping charges that we incurred.† If there are any missing items, we will charge additional fees to replace the missing hardware.

Return of Unwanted Items:
You may return any* new, unopened factory-sealed merchandise within 14 days. A refund will be issued minus shipping charges that we incurred to ship the original package. Also you will incur shipping costs to return the merchandise; we suggest ground and insured. If the condition of goods and packaging material are not 100% complete and in mint condition we reserve the right to charge a 15% restocking fee.
