    ivgStores: A Family Business

    At our beginning in 2003, ivgStores was a single site with just 3 of us selling a few hundred products from a dozen suppliers. Since then, we have become one of the leading and fastest growing Internet Retailers with 222 online stores, tens of thousands of products and hundreds of manufacturing and brand name partners.

    It all started back in 2003 in Florida, when IVG's founder, looking for bar stools for his home, could not find much selection in local stores or online.     ivgStores Shipping Policies

    How does my order ship?

    Small parcel:
    Items that are small and light enough to ship with small parcel carriers are shipped either by FedEx or UPS. Larger items are shipped via truck.

    Processing: 1-7 days (see product for exact time).
    Transit: 1-5 days.

    A signature is not required for small parcel items (unless delivering to a business location). The driver will ring your door bell and if there is no one home the package will be left in a safe, dry area. If the driver determines there is no safe location to leave the parcel they will leave a note giving you instructions on how to obtain your parcel.

    Larger items may be shipped via truck, delivered to the curbside, and the customer is responsible for bringing the items inside their home or garage. The trucking company will deliver during normal business hours, Monday through Friday. They will call to schedule an appointment and usually offer a 4 hour window. Customers requiring assistance to bring merchandise into their homes have the option to upgrade to a Deluxe Inside Delivery (See upgrades below).

    Transit: 3-10 days.

    Upgraded Shipping:
    If you require special services or have limited access you may upgrade your shipment to a Deluxe Inside or Deluxe Inside with Set Up Delivery (“White Glove”). These options are available at time of check out.

    Deluxe Inside (additional fee)
    This is a two person delivery inside the first dry area of your home or garage. This service includes stair carries (up to 2 flights of stairs) before the threshold and is ideally suited to customers living in apartments with exterior staircases without elevators.

    Deluxe Inside with Set Up (additional fee)
    Offering a two person delivery similar to the Deluxe Inside delivery but also including placement in your room of choice, inside stair carries (2 flights), unpack and debris removal and 15 minutes light set up/assembly without tools.

    Free Shipping
    We offer free shipping on many of our products. This option will be listed on the product page. With free shipping, we have added actual ship costs into the total price we offer. Shipping upgrade charges still apply.

    Where We Deliver, Where we Do Not
    We deliver to the continental United States. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Canada or the Virgin Islands at this time. We are currently unable to deliver to PO or APO/FPO boxes, except for rural PO addresses. If you require overseas shipping please use your freight forwarders address as the ship to address.

    Multiple Shipping Addresses
    For multiple shipping addresses, simply place a separate order for each address.

    When Should I Receive My Order?
    We process your order within 24 hours of the day you place it, then our warehouses process and prepare your order; we have factored in their processing time listed on each product.

    Most of our products ship very quickly, but some take longer to fulfill than others. In particular, products with high levels of customization and those that are custom made require the longest processing times -- these items are being assembled specifically for your order. If we discover a delay that exceeds our listed processing time, our customer service team will attempt to notify you immediately.

    Items May Ship Separately
    Items ordered together may be shipped separately. Shipping charges, if any, include order processing, item selection, packing and transportation.

    Returns and Refunds

    Return Policy

    If you are unsatisfied with something you bought from us, you may send it back within 30 days of receipt, and we shall be happy to credit, exchange, or refund the purchase price of that item, less any shipping or handling costs, except for products that were assembled, modified, or made to order. When shipping is included in the product price, such as those marked "Free Shipping", actual shipping costs will be deducted from your refund. Please contact us if you need more information about shipping or determining if this product is made to order.

    You can cancel your order prior to production, if being made to order, or if a stocked item, before it has shipped. If you refuse delivery after shipping, please keep in mind that your purchase will then be subject to this Return Policy.

    Returning a Purchase

    • Please contact us and include your original order number, what product(s) you are returning, and your name. We will give you an "RA Number," a return address, and other relevant information. Returns that have not been first authorized cannot be accepted.
    • Wrap the package carefully. All returned products must be in their original condition and packaging.
    • Return the product using your preferred shipping method directly to the distribution center address we provide. Returns sent to our administrative offices cannot be accepted.
    • It is important that we know when your return is expected. Please save your return tracking number, and email it to us. We need this in case there are any issues during transit.
    • Please do not request a chargeback of your purchase from your credit card company while waiting for us to completely process your request. Refund processing involves several steps, some that we cannot control, so please be patient while awaiting the credit for the original purchase to appear via the payment method that you used.
    • Please Note: Other than a return or exchange due to an error on our part, we cannot refund shipping and handling charges.
    • All returned products must be in their original condition and packaging. Unfortunately, if products have been assembled or modified, we cannot take them as returns.

    Damage & Missing Parts

    Through many years of experience, we have learned to package our products to withstand damage during shipping, avoid selling items easily damaged during shipping, and discontinue suppliers whose damage rates are too high. If something arrives from us that looks damaged, or if parts are missing, please notify us right away. We will work to help you get needed replacements as quickly as possible at no extra charge.

    Suspected or Actual Damage If Shipped by Truck Freight or White Glove
    • Write "Package Damaged" when you sign for delivery even if it appears only slightly damaged. If the package appears significantly damaged, you may refuse delivery. Once we receive back that damaged package, we will send a new one. Please notify us if you refuse delivery, so we can anticipate that return.
    • If our product is assembled for you, make sure you closely inspect the product for any damage BEFORE boxes are discarded and before the delivery people leave. Again, if there is a problem, write it down before the delivery crew leaves.
    • If you accepted a package and then discover parts are missing or damaged, do not discard the packaging. Please contact us right away and we will ship you the replacement parts at no extra charge. Most carriers only let us file freight claims within 48 hours of delivery, so do not delay. If we cannot replace parts, we can have the carrier pick up the item and we will send a replacement once we have it back. Again, all returned products should be in the original packaging.

    If you decide you do not want parts or a replacement unit, the product can be returned under our Return Policy. If a product arrives damaged, or we made an error, and it cannot be remedied with replacement parts or a complete replacement, we will pay to return the item to us.

    In the case of a manufacturer's defect, we can replace the defective part, or if needed, the entire unit. We stand 100% behind our products and the manufacturers who produce them, and we will make every effort to resolve any problems.

    Products that require assembly will have instructions included with the item as well as any small parts needed to complete the process. Check your purchase carefully to make sure instructions and parts are all present, and notify us immediately if you discover anything missing.

    If you are "Assembly-challenged", either check reviews (they often cite positive or negative experiences with that product), or contact us - both before you make your purchase, since once assembled, a product usually cannot be returned.
