Are the items authentic?
Definitely. We only offer authentic merchandise and acquire them directly from the manufacturers.

When will I receive my package?
Orders are shipped out within 48 business hours after we receive order confirmation from Amazon. Every order placed on Amazon goes through their payment clearing process before they forward the confirmed order to us. Please take note of this processing time when choosing the shipping service for your package.

Every package has a tracking number which can be used on the carrier's website to check the package's status. Tracking numbers are emailed to you when the item has been shipped out. You may track the items at websites www.ups.com, www.usps.com, and/or www.upsmailinnovations.com. Please allow 24-48 hours for their system to update tracking information.

Domestic shipments typically take 2 to 10 days to arrive. Expedited shipments typically take 2
to 3 business days to arrive. If your package has not been delivered after this time frame, please contact us and let us know.

Why is there no information for my tracking number?
Please allow 24-48 business hours for the courier to update their system. If you have purchased the item with free shipping, it may be a UPS Mail Innovations package. Please try using the tracking number on the www.ups-mi.net site.

What is the difference between "Expected Ship Date" and "Estimated Delivery"?
Expected Ship Date is the time frame when the package leaves the warehouse. "Estimated† Delivery" on the other hand is the time frame the package is expected to arrive at the shipping address you provided.

Do you ship to other countries?
As of the moment, we only ship within US and Canada.

What is your Return Policy?
We have a 30-Day return policy. All items should be in the original condition the item was received. To return an item, please log-in to your account and click the "Return Items" button on the order you wish to return.

    Star Eyewear Exchanges & Returns Policy

    If you are not 100% satisfied with the item you received, we can have your order exchanged with another item with our quick and easy exchange process or you may return it for a refund.

    Star Eyewear does NOT have Restocking Fees.

    Please contact us for a Return/Exchange Merchandise Authorization number prior to sending the product back to us.

    Item(s) presented for exchange and/or return must be in re-sellable, unworn, and original condition with all the papers, cases, and cleaning cloths included when you received it.

    Returns have to be received by us within 30 days from the moment you received the delivered package.

    You are responsible for all return shipping charges with exceptions. We are also not accountable for any lost or undelivered packages. That is why we strongly suggest goods must be returned via traceable method of shipping with tracking number and signature confirmation.

    Refunds & Exchanges are processed within 48 business hours upon receipt and inspection of returned items.
