Returns and Refunds
Purchases of consumer electronics, computers, peripherals and software are subject to manufacturer restrictions. For information regarding manufacturer's warranties, call us at 1-888-760-0300.
APPLE PRODUCTS: Apple products are non-returnable. Apple offers a one year product warranty. Call 1-800-275-2273 to receive warranty service. If Apple is unable to solve the problem via phone, they will dispatch a replacement via Airborne Express or will direct you to the closest Apple service center.
OTHER NON-RETURNABLE PRODUCTS: Other manufacturers also disallow product returns (not all inclusive) to onSale, these are: 3Com, Compaq, Cisco, IBM, Intel, HP, Toshiba, Adobe, Quark, Lenovo and Sony (other manufacturers may apply to this list). Contact these manufacturers directly regarding return/ replacement. Contact us for the latest information or if you would like to obtain copies of manufacturers' warranties prior to purchase.
TELEVISION RETURNS: Inspect TV for damage if shipper is still present. If you discover any damage, refuse delivery. You will receive refund of purchase price, shipping/handling fees and sales taxes (if any). You must sign the shipper's release form which acknowledges this return policy.
If, after delivery, and TV does not work, all returns, in-house servicing and/or warranty repairs are handled by manufacturer. TVs 27 inch€ť or larger cannot be returned to onSale.
SOFTWARE RETURNS: Opened software is not returnable. Unopened software, after 7 days of receipt of product, is also not returnable. Licensing sales are final. Defective software may be returned within 7 days of invoice date only for exchange of same title.
DAMAGED SHIPMENTS: If shipment arrives damaged: Note damage on carrier's delivery record. Save merchandise in original box and notify onSale to arrange for a carrier inspection and pick up of damaged product. If you do not notify onSale within 30 days of delivery, regular return policy will override any claim of damage, and your purchase(s) will fall under current manufacturer restrictions.
Defective non-software products: Certain products (excluding Apple and manufacturers above) may be approved for return by our technical support group, after support from original manufacturer is received Return must be 100% complete, in original condition, packaging, manuals, registration card(s) and software.

Shipping charges: Original shipping charges are not refundable.
