    A: Free Standard Shipping on all orders.

    A: Any order placed before 12:00PM (noon) EST will likely ship the same day. If your order requires manual fraud verification then your order might not ship out until the following day which is why our shipping lead time is 1-2 business days, excluding Holidays.     Ewatches Shipping Rates

    International Shipping and Refusal of Packages:
    Any taxes, duties and VAT’s required on shipments to the country of delivery are to be paid by the customer upon receipt of the package. We do not prepay or calculate the taxes but you can contact your local customs office and they can provide you with a quote based on the item(s) which you are ordering. Please note any packages which are not accepted and returned to us will result in forfeiture of all shipping charges, as well as all other charges we may incur, including but not limited to the full price of refused item.

    eWatches offers FREE Standard Shipping on all domestic orders including orders to Alaska, Hawaii, PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses as well as US Protectorate States, which includes Puerto Rico.


    For your security, high value orders may not be delivered without an authorized signature. If you cannot be available to sign for your package, please be sure that an adult who is authorized to sign for your package will be available at the designated shipping address.

    Ewatches Shipping Policies

    Returns and Refunds


    eWatches will gladly accept the return of new, unused, and undamaged merchandise within 30 days from delivery date.

    The returned merchandise must be in its original condition and accompanied by proof of purchase and the original copy of the warranty, as well as the original documentation and packaging; otherwise the return will not be honored.

    You must obtain a Return for Inspection or RFI number from eWatches before returning the merchandise. We will not accept any returned merchandise without an RFI number. Contact a Customer Service Specialist. 

    Returns must be shipped via a prepaid traceable carrier, such as UPS or FedEx. In case of loss or damage, the customer is liable.

    Original condition means that there are no scratches, marks or blemishes on the watch and the security tags are still attached. The watch must not have been sized or altered in any way.

    Once returned merchandised is received, refunds are issued within 7-10 business days.


    Shipping Handling Time

    eWatches ships orders within 1 – 2 business days, excluding holidays. Most orders placed Monday – Friday, excluding holidays, will ship the same day if merchandise is in-stock and the order is placed before 12:00 pm EST and is not held for credit review.

    Please add our shipping handling time onto the estimated delivery time frame messaged on all shipping options in checkout. For example, if you select One-Day Shipping, please keep in mind the order will be processed based on the handling details noted above and arrive in one business day after the order leaves our warehouse. Same applies to Two-Day Shipping.

     

    In the event that a package is received damaged or the merchandise is missing, please contact our customer service department immediately. Our customer service team will file a claim with the appropriate Carrier. Please retain all packaging for inspection and possible return to our facility.

    Ewatches Tax Information

    Sales tax is not separately calculated and collected in connection with items ordered from Ewatches through the Amazon.com Site unless explicitly indicated as such in the ordering process. Items ordered from Ewatches may be subject to tax in certain states, based on the state to which the order is shipped. If an item is subject to sales tax, in accordance with state tax laws, the tax is generally calculated on the total selling price of each individual item, including shipping and handling charges, gift-wrap charges and other service charges, less any applicable discounts. If tax is separately calculated and collected in connection with items ordered from Ewatches through the Amazon.com Site, the tax amounts that appear during the ordering process are estimated - the actual taxes that will be charged to your credit card will be calculated at the time your order is processed and will appear in your order confirmation notification.

    Standard Return Policy

    eWatches will gladly accept the return of new, unused, and undamaged merchandise within 30 days from delivery date. Returns after 30 days are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

    The returned merchandise must be in its original condition and accompanied by proof of purchase and the original copy of the warranty, as well as the original documentation and packaging; otherwise the return will not be honored.

    You must obtain a Return For Inspection (RFI) number from eWatches before returning the merchandise. We will not accept any returned merchandise without an RFI number. Contact a Customer Service Specialist by clicking here to obtain an RFI number.

    Returns must be shipped via a prepaid traceable carrier, such as UPS or FedEx. In case of loss or damage, the customer is liable. (insurance is higly recommended)

    Original condition means that there are no scratches, marks or blemishes on the product and the security tags are still attached. The product must not have been sized or altered in any way.

    Gifts With Purchase - Free or discounted items shipped as promotional gifts with purchase must be returned along with the qualifying item in original condition as described in the Standard Return Policy. The retail value of the gifts with purchase not returned with the qualifying item will be deducted from the refund or credit amount.

    Damaged Box or Damaged Product If you receive damaged or incorrect item(s), contact a Customer Service Specialist no later than 5 business days after receipt. If there is extensive damage to the box, refuse delivery and contact a Customer Service Specialist immediately.

    Refusal of Delivery If a package is refused for delivery, the customer will be responsible for actual shipping charges incurred by eWatches. Once we receive the package back in our warehouse, we will issue a credit to the original credit card for the purchase price less the actual shipping cost of shipping the package to you. This shipping charge will apply even if you were not originally charged shipping under a free shipping promotion. The purpose of this is to defray unnecessary shipping costs and to allow us to offer the lowest prices possible. This does not apply to packages that appear to be damaged in shipping.

    Incorrect Shipping Address Provided Packages that are returned because of an incorrect address provided by the customer will be subject to additional shipping charges. When we receive the package in our warehouse, we will issue a credit to the original credit card for the purchase price less the actual shipping cost. This shipping charge will apply even if you were not originally charged shipping under a free shipping promotion. Requests for packages to be shipped again will be subject to actual shipping charges. The purpose of this is to defray unnecessary shipping costs and to allow us to offer the lowest prices possible.

    Heavy/ Bulky Items :
    A Heavy/Bulky item is a large product that must be sent from eWatches via a freight carrier.

    Each Heavy/Bulky Item must meet one or more of the following specifications:
    - Weigh 75 lbs. or more when packaged
    - Measure 108 inches or more in length
    - Measure 165 inches or more in width

    If an item requires shipment on a wooden pallet, regardless of weight (typically in the 100-125 lb. range), it is considered a Heavy/Bulky Item.
    • Must be returned to warehouse location authorized by customer service
    • We inspect all heavy and bulky Item returns upon their arrival back at our warehouse.
    • eWatches reserves the right to only give partial refund if item is not in its new, original and unopened condition
    • We reserve the right to deduct 30% restocking fee for Heavy/ Bulky items
    • Customer will be responsible to pay original shipping fee and return shipping fee if we receive for any of the following:
        o You refuse a delivery without inspection
        o You miss a delivery appointment
        o You return a non-defective or undamaged product
