Has my order shipped?
We usually ship orders the very same day we receive orders,Except if there will be an issue with an order that will delay the shipment but we will contact you either by E-Mail or one of our staff will call you to expedite the shipment.

How do I change quantities or cancel an item in my order?
At the time you place an order before check out process you can  choose your desired QTY for the item you would like to receive, once you've submitted the order the QTY or shipping address can't be changed or modified.

How do I track my order?
At the end of our business day When we shipped your order(S) we will submit the tracking for order(S)and you'll automatically receive an email along with your tracking#. in case if you haven't receive your tracking # you can either send us an E-mail or call us for  tracking#.

My order never arrived.
By tracking your order you will find out proximately when you'll be receiving your package(s),if your package hasn't arrived couple days after the promised day you can contact us so we can track and trace and your package(s).

An item is missing from my shipment.

    Best Shop  Return Policy    

    Customer may return any merchandise purchased from Best Shop within 30 days from day of Delivery provided. the merchandise has not been opened from its original packaging, used or installed, and provided that the merchandise passes Best Shop's return criteria the following will be applied:   

    • 20% product restocking fee will be applied to your returned item.
    • Full refund will be issued  if an item was shipped due to Best Shop's error (Shipped a wrong item).    
    • Shipping charges are not refundable and will not be credited. NOTE: for items with free shipping we will deduct the amount we were charged by our carrier.
    • 15% restocking fee charge will be applied for all refused packages.
    • All damages that occur in transit must be reported within 24 hours of delivery, otherwise any request for return based on damage may be rejected at the discretion of Best Shop management.
    • If you return an item  and the reason for return is not a result of our error, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.There will be a 20% restocking fee applied to refund due to buyers ordering the wrong item or buyer's remorse.
    • No refund will be issued for items with missing parts (Cables, owner manuals, parts, accessories and all original items contained originally).

    Note: Best Shop records serial#'s for all electronics devices, if an item returned to Best Shop which the serial# doesn't belong or match our records no exchange or refund will be accepted and buyers are responsible for shipment to be sent to buyer

    Note: The only reason for restocking fee is because when we receive an order, credit or refund an order our account debited %20 automatically.

    Note: There is absolutely no refund for car electronics or merchandise that have been Installed (if the unit found to be defective, we can accept returns for repair or exchange only depending on Brand or Manufacturer).

    Exchanges:

    • If Best Shop has shipped you an wrong item, we will gladly either make an call tag for your package or send you an label so you can return you item back to Best Shop for exchange
      (Best Shop must be notified  Within 24 Hours of arrival of  shipment)

    • If you have placed an order by mistake or accidental and would like an exchange for the right part we require shipping payment to ship the correct part or item to you
      (Best shop Must be Notified within 48hours from arrival of shipment)

    Items with manufacturer's defect:  

    • Please return the defective product within 30 days of receiving and we will promptly ship you a replacement in most cases. After 30 Days purchasing of electronic devices or units there is a one year manufacturer warranty (depending on brand and manufacturer), you can return your defective item(S) to either manufacturer or for faster service you can send it back to Best Shop. (Note: if you are returning your defective item back to best shop after 30 days of your purchase, Best Shop required PREPAID shipment to ship the item back to manufacturer and ship replacement to Buyers).  Refurbished items will be accepted for repair only during the listed warranty period on the item page, NO EXCEPTIONS.   
    • If you are returning a new defective item and do not want a replacement after the period of 30days, there will be a 20% processing fee applied to your return.   
    • Items returned as defective that are found not to be defective will incur a 20% restocking fee for the returned unit.   
    • Refunds will not be issued if a return is made without an RMA # (Return Merchandise Authorization).   
    • Shipping charges are not refundable. Buyer is responsible for all shipping charges.
    • No refund will be issued for items with missing parts (Cables, owner manuals, parts, accessories and all original items contained originally).

       

    How to return an item?

    * E-mail Best Shop to notify us of a defective or a repair item and request an RMA number. Please provide your order number. 

    * When shipping Item(s) Back to Best Shop please include a copy of your invoice or order confirmation email,write your RMA number on it and describe the issue.  

    * Returns must be in its original condition Otherwise, no refund will be applied.    

    * No refund will be issued for items with missing parts (Cables, owner manuals, parts, accessories and all original items contained originally).,
    or if a return is made without an RMA number.  

    * This RMA can only be used for exchange, repair or return only.

    All returns must be received by Best Shop within 7 business days from the  RMA number issuing date.

    * Make sure that the RMA number is clearly visible on the Shipping box or shipping label that is affixed to the outside of the box of your return shipment  (if we don't notice the RMA# on packages,they  will be refused and returned back to buyer)

    *Do not mark or tape the original item package or item box in any other way, as additional box or package markings can result in additional charges.

    * We recommend returns be made via UPS,FEDEX or USPS insured freight only.

    * Best Shop accepts no responsibility for loss or damage items during transit sent & Shipped by Buyers.
