About Plutus Brands
Plutus Brands has been a leader and pioneer in offering products to organize and furnish homes, offices, and gardens. For over a decade we have searched for, and then tested products to find the best quality at the best prices. We now offer thousand of items on our site, with over 36,000 of them shipping for free. Over these many years we have established an excellent reputation with our Customers as well as the over 1000 vendors we deal with. The business operates in our 40,000 square foot warehouse in Sun Valley, California. Our offices contain our customer support team, marketing, web development, inventory systems, accounting department, order fulfillment and shipping, and technical operations, which all support our Internet site.

We will ship small and appropriately sized items via UPS. Your items will be placed at your door in their original packaging. We will provide you with tracking numbers so you can follow the progress of your items online. Please be home to accept and sign for your delivery. Your Delivery time depends on how far you live from the shipping point and can vary between 6 and 10 Business days.
We will ship larger items via Truck Delivery to Your House Anywhere in the 48 States, this is not a 'Curbside' delivery. The Delivery Service will place your items within your home, just inside your Doorway, to the first dry area or garage. Merchandise will be left in its original packaging. Please have all delivery pathways cleared prior to your delivery.
All Truck Deliveries require additional preparation. Thus delivery time frames will be a bit longer but it is worth it. These orders go through additional preparation ensuring a better delivery experience. Our delivery agents are set up where you will receive a call and or email within 10 business days or less, after your order has shipped, to schedule your delivery date. Please note this does not mean you will receive your delivery within 10 business days but rather you will be contacted to schedule your delivery date within 10 business days of your order shipping. Delivery time frames are dependent upon where you live in relation to the origin point of the manufacturer of your furniture.
The Delivery Professionals cannot move any items blocking a delivery attempt. The Delivery Company cannot do any electrical hookups will not connect, install, attach, or affix goods delivered to existing fixtures, walls, or furniture in your home. The following services are not included: hanging mirrors on walls, installing anything that attaches to a permanent fixture, assembly of cribs, attaching headboards to existing bed frames, or installation of wood/glass shelves. Lastly, the drivers are delivering heavy product by hand and so are required to wear steel-toed shoes. It is not permitted for them to remove their shoes to complete deliveries. There are many products available to protect your carpet and flooring. If you feel your home needs extra protection, please prepare accordingly.
Additional fees will be applied to:
* Deliveries that require movement of merchandise up more than 2 flights of stairs where a service elevator is not available. ($15 per piece per floor)
* Deliveries that require longer assembly times than those stated above. (Assembly services that exceed forty five (45) minutes will be charged at a rate of $22.00 per quarter hour or Fraction thereof.)
* Deliveries refused that are not damaged. (Our Hassle Free Return policy will apply)
* Deliveries to trade shows, hotels, conventions, hospitals or military bases will be rated with an additional charge of $50.00 for each delivery plus an accumulated waiting time charge, if any.
Deliveries may occur later or earlier than scheduled due to the logistical complexity of shipping nationally through the 48 United States and possible unexpected events. Plutus Brands will not offer compensation for deliveries that do not occur as scheduled.
Isolated Service Area Surcharge
There are remote areas not readily accessible by delivery vehicle, such as coastal islands that require freight to be flown or barged in, or a ferry toll is required. This surcharge will show up on your check-out page as Isolated Service Area Surcharge.
Some assembly is necessary on most items. All parts and instructions will be provided along with your item.
Normal Business Delivery Hours
When you are contacted by the shipper to schedule a delivery - Normal Business Delivery Hours are as follows: Monday through Friday excluding National and State Holidays, between the hours of 8:00 am and 5:00 pm. A typical appointment will have a 4-hour delivery window. Time-specific deliveries and/or deliveries outside normal delivery hours may be available but at an additional charge. Please contact us if you feel that you may need additional services.
Please be prepared to take delivery as your order specifies. If you are unable to accept delivery for an undefined period of time, temporary storage charges will commence after the 6th day from the date we contact you for delivery. Please contact us should this situation arise.
Please be home for your delivery. Any scheduled delivery that cannot be made because you are not home will incur a $99 delivery attempt fee plus the actual re-delivery charge. Please be aware that while some of our products are offered with free delivery the actual delivery costs will be calculated for your re-delivery.
Please take care when scheduling your delivery. There is a 10 hour window from the moment a delivery is scheduled, where a delivery appointment can be canceled, after which a scheduled delivery cannot be canceled without incurring a redelivery charge. Please be aware that while some of our products are offered with free delivery the actual delivery costs will be calculated for your re-delivery.
Follow these ‘Steps when receiving your order’:
(1) You must be home to accept, sign and inspect your delivery.
(2) If your package/item appears even slightly damaged, write "Package/Item Damaged" with a full description, when you sign for your delivery.
(3) For orders that have multiple items, refuse ONLY that damaged piece. Any non-damaged pieces that are refused are subject to re-delivery fees.
(4) Keep all original packaging materials. Any returned items are required to be in their original packaging. Only exception is when an item comes Blanket Wrapped.
(5) By not inspecting the product(s) or not notating damage, either to the product(s) or box(s), on the delivery ticket at the time of delivery, you relinquish the right to file a claim for damage.
(6) Please notify us within 12 hours from time of delivery with damage description along with images of the packaging and product.
Please allow 24-48 business hours for a company representative to contact you with a solution.
Any orders canceled due to damages and noncompliance with the aforementioned ‘Steps when receiving your order’ are subject to our Hassle Free Return Policy

Returns and Refunds
Returns Policy :

Plutus Brands will accept returns within 30 days from the date that the order was received.
All returns must be:
-In its original packaging
-With all hardware and parts, including any assembly or instruction manuals.
Please note: altering an item in any way negates the possibility of a return
The customer is responsible for the return shipping fees, and the original shipping fee will be deducted from any credit. Additionally, if your purchase qualified for €śFree Shipping€ť the original actual cost of shipping for your item(s) will be deducted from your refund.
Plutus Brands does not provide return shipping boxes.
Plutus Brands recommends FedEx (Federal Express) and/or UPS (United Parcel Services)
For your protection all packages should be insured
Upon receipt and inspection of the returned merchandise, a credit will be issued to your account. All credits will be completed within 30 days, or no more than two credit card billing cycles. Any orders paid by check or money order will be refunded by check.
Some manufacturers charge restocking fees.
Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) may be required
Undeliverable packages are considered returns; standard return refunds after notable deductions apply. Please make sure to include your correct address when placing an order
Since we are committed to shipping orders quickly, it may not be possible to cancel an order if it is already prepared for shipment or has shipped. Every effort will be made to cancel the order.
Cancelation requests should be made by calling us at 1-888-523-1112 Monday to Friday 7:30AM to 4:30PM PST. Plutus Brands will send an email informing you of whether the order was cancelled or not. If Plutus Brands cannot cancel the order you may refuse delivery or return it under the terms of our standard 30 day Return Policy.
We strongly recommend that you order all items carefully and should you have any questions please contact our professional U.S Based Customer Service team.
Please measure carefully to ensure that all assembled furniture will fit through entry ways, doors and stairs.
Some of our products are shipped from our California warehouse but most are shipped directly from manufacturers across the country. Returns can be handled differently.
Items shipped directly from Plutus Brands warehouse will have a return slip located inside the box.
-Please fill out the required fields noting: Order number, First / Last name and the reason for return.
-Once the return slip has been completed, the document must be placed inside the box and sealed for transport.
White Glove delivery returns:
-Plutus Brands customer service department will need to be notified before the return of any White Glove delivery item(s).
-Customers wishing to return merchandise weighing 100 lbs or more are required to sign and return an authorization document confirming personal choice returns (Form will be provided by Plutus Brands customer service), all inquiries must be received within 30 days of receipt.
-Items weighing over 100 lbs will need to be returned via freight (Freight carrier of your choice).
Additional return information:
Should any returns get damaged or lost during return shipping the customer is responsible for filing any and all claims with the carrier. Plutus Brands will be unable to provide a credit for damaged or lost merchandise
After 30 days we reserve the right to refuse a return. The refund for any granted returns after such time will consist of store credit for item cost minus any applicable fees. Altering an item from its original condition in any way negates the possibility of the item being returned.
SOME ITEMS CAN NOT BE RETURNED:
-Customized items such as Address plaques, mailboxes, door mats etc.
-Custom made products, such as Outdoor Furniture Cushions, etc.
-All Bedding materials (Mattress, Pillows etc.).
-Any item that poses a health risk due to possible use (toilet brushes, plungers, slippers, etc.).
Plutus Brands will not be able to honor previous sale prices or promotions if these promotions have expired when you place your new order.
Damaged or defective items:
Please Note: If your merchandise arrives damaged, please notify Plutus Brands customer service team for resolution. Once resolved a full refund will be issued.
Replacements cannot be obtained for Canadian customers.
Be sure to open and inspect all packages immediately upon receipt! Plutus Brands must be notified within 4-days of receipt if any item is damaged, defective, or missing parts. Please call our office during our regular business hours. Failure to contact our office within 4-days may void our Returns / Damaged Item policy.
If the package appears to have been slightly damaged during transit, we encourage you to write "Package Damaged" on the slip when you sign for it.
If the package is severely damaged you can refuse to accept delivery of the shipment. Please let us know if this occurs so that we are aware of the situation, and can replace your order as soon as possible.
Be sure to keep all original packaging and materials. Plutus Brands will submit a damage claim with the freight carrier. Items must be returned in the original packaging. It is critical you retain the original box and all packaging materials. as a call tag may need to be issued to pick-up and inspect the damaged/defective merchandise. Failure to keep the box and materials will affect our ability to process your request for a refund or replacement.
Plutus Brands will supply replacement parts whenever possible to correct any damaged or defective component of an item. Replacement parts often eliminate the need to return an item, or replace the entire item. Replacement parts will be sent via regular ground delivery, at no cost to the customer.
