Original packaging (manufacturer's box, Styrofoam, plastic bags, etc.)
Original intact UPC barcode. Do not cut out the UPC code until you have examined and tested the product to your satisfaction. Removal of the UPC code voids any possibility of return regardless of RMA or credit request status.
Valid Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) written on the shipping label.
Original packing slip. Do not mail or dispose of the packing slip until you have examined and tested the product to your satisfaction.
The return must be complete and include all accessories (transformers,antennas, remote controls, batteries, software disks, etc.)
Manufacturer documentation (manuals, warranty cards, registration information, etc.)
The RMA number must not be written on the original manufacturer's packaging or box. Please write the RMA number on the label used to return the item or the brown shipping box. Items received with any writing on the original manufacturer's packaging or box will be refused and returned to you at your cost and without credit approval.

- We accept returns within 30 days from the date of purchase, either for a refund or replacement.
- Dead/Damaged On Arrival (DOA) items must be claimed within 72 hours of delivery date.
- Lost or non-receipt package must be claimed within 72 hours of delivery date.
- All returns must be sent within 14 business days after we approved your return request, or after our first response to your return request, whichever is sooner.
- All returns must be approved with an RMA. Please contact us to request for an RMA.
- In order to process your RMA in timely manner, you will have to provide the following information:
* Do you still have everything complete, including the retail box with UPC intact, just like how you received the whole package?
* Please provide the serial number of the unit.
* Is there any physical damage on the unit?
* Please provide more details on the defect, as much as possible, so we can identify the problem.
* Do you want to return it for a replacement or a refund?
- All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable. If an item comes with Free Shipping, when that product is returned for a refund, the shipping cost we paid for shipping the item to you will be deducted from the refund.
- All exchanged/returned merchandise must be in original packaging, including the retail packaging materials with UPC barcode intact, inserts and manuals, warranty cards (empty) and all original accessories.

- We shipped all orders within 2 business days, a tracking number will be provided for each shipment.
- We do not ship to outside of US.
- Due to shipper's restrictions, some items don't ship to AK, HI, PR, GU, VI, APO/FPO, and PO Box.
- Delivery time frame is within 3-10 business days for standard shipping and within 2-5 business days for expedited shipping.
- 2nd Day and Next-Day air shipping only available for our Fulfillment By Amazon (FBA) listings.
RedCore Computer's Cancellation Policy:
- Amazon allows you to cancel order within 30 minutes after placing the order.
- After that 30min passed, the order will enter the shipping process and can no longer be canceled.
- After the package ships, the order can no longer be canceled.
- If you still don't want to keep the item, please just refuse the package when it arrives. We will process a refund for you when we receive it back.
RedCore Computer's Bulk Items Policy:
Bulk Items (including but not limited to items such as Air Conditioners, Televisions, Home Entertainment Systems, Refrigerators, etc) cannot be returned for refund or replacement. Buyers must carefully examine the box your bulk item ships in before signing for the package. Should you observe any damage to the shipping box, or if the wrong product was sent, you must refuse delivery while the shipping courier is still on the premises. If everything is satisfactory, an adult is required to sign the shipping courier's release form to complete delivery. By signing this release, you are acknowledging and agreeing to RedCore Computer 's policies, understanding that you cannot return the bulk item to RedCore Computer , and that the condition of the delivery meets your expectations.

How Our Rates Are Calculated
