    • We offer FREE SHIPPING to any  -Physical Address- in the Continental US.If a customer decides to return the item, Electronics101deals must be reimbursed for the shipping cost to ship the item to the customer. THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS!
    • Once payment has been cleared, item(s)  will be shipped that same business day or the next business day after.
    • All of our items are shipped FedEx with a tracking number, unless noted. If we do not send you an  e-mail and/or you do not see the tracking number on your order status, please  contact us.
    • If the package is sent to an  undeliverable address and/or the buyer has moved, the buyer must reimburse Electronics101deals for the shipping charges. If they want us to send it back to them,  they will need to pay for both freight charges: Shipping to an undeliverable address and Shipping it back to them at the right address. These payments will  be deducted from the refund if the buyer chooses a refund instead.
    • In case the item is not in stock at  the time of the order and doesn't ship within the next business day, we will  contact the buyer to resolve the issue.
    • We are not responsible for any lost  packages that are being returned to us. It is the customer's responsibility to  obtain a tracking # and insurance. We must be notified by e-mail upon returning  an item.

    Electronics10deals will accept returns for items within 30 days of purchase (original order), for  either exchange of the same item or refund following these  guidelines:


    • We will not refund any shipping charges. Please note that only the price of the purchase is refundable.  Customers are responsible for any shipping or handling fees for the item. We do  offer Free Shipping, which means we're covering the shipping costs on behalf of  the buyer. This applies to customers who decide to keep their item indefinitely. But if the customer insists on a refund, the shipping cost -will- be  deducted from the refund.
    • Damaged Items claims have to be made  within 7 days of delivery or claims will be voided.
    • Returned / Exchanged items must be in  original condition, include all: accessories, packaging materials,  manuals, and warranty cards (if applicable, and must not be filled out).
    • All returns must include a copy of the  original packing slip/invoice along with your order number.
    • Electronics101deals is not responsible for  return shipping cost. Customer is responsible to ship the item back for us for returns.  If there has been an error on our part, we will take responsibility for  shipping cost in the event of an exchange.
    • If a customer decides to exchange an item, he/she will be responsible for ALL shipping costs, including shipping the unwanted item back to us and shipping out the exchanged item to the customer. THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS.

  • Top of Page How Do I Return An Item?

    • We cannot control defects but in case  of any, we will take all efforts to resolve the issue in a timely manner. Please call Electronics101deals 1 (818) 720-3376 or e-mail us to notify us of a  damaged/defective item and request return instructions. Please have your Order  Number ready.
    • Please include a copy of your invoice,  order number, and order confirmation email and shortly describe the return  reason in the return package.
    • We must be informed if the item is  defective within 7 days upon delivery.
    • If a refund is requested, we will  issue it within 1-3 business days once we receive the item(s) in question.  Please allow your bank/credit card company 1-2 weeks to process the funds back  to your account.
    • No refunds will be issued for returns  without all the original packaging, manuals and accessories.
    • In order for us to process the  refund/exchange, the serial # on the item, must match on the box and on our  internal system, otherwise we do not accept the return and the customer is  responsible for the shipping cost to resend the item back to them.
    • Electronics101deals accepts no  responsibility for loss or damage items in return transit. It is the customer's  responsibility to obtain a tracking #. We must be notified by e-mail upon  returning an item. Customer is  responsible for ALL shipping charges.
