We use FedEx to deliver expensive items and we fully insure the item and signature is required upon delivery for high value product purchase.
We ship to continental street address only and we do not ship to AK, HI, PR, PO/APO/DPO/FPO box.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for exchange or refund (excluding shipping and handling charges) within 14 days, subject to a Return Authorization. If the item is dead upon arrival, you MUST contact us within 3 days after delivery. Keep your purchase, accessories and all packing materials in new condition to avoid any restocking fees. Please note that all opened/used item will be subjected to 20% - 30% restocking fee. Please note that an RA # does not guarantee final disposition and all returns are subject to inspection. Serial numbers on product for exchange/return must match the serial number we shipped you. All exchanged/ returned merchandise must be in original factory carton, including all packaging materials, inserts and manuals, warranty cards (not filled-out) and all accessories. Please do not tape or write anything on the item or the original manufacturer's carton. In some cases, we may charge you for the replacement of damaged, altered, missing, written-on or taped-on contents or cartons. We reserve the right to refuse any such items.
We will not be responsible for any issue if the transaction is a drop-ship order.

How Our Rates Are Calculated
Amazon.com charges buyers a flat rate for shipping seller orders, and passes the funds to the seller to offset the costs of packaging and labor, as well as the actual postage required.
