Q: What is your return policy?
A:
We gladly accept returns within 30 days of receipt of item. Item must not be worn or used and must be in the same condition and include all sent manuals, warranty cards, etc. Please initiate a return through your Amazon account. We will inspect the watch and then issue a refund minus shipping and handling costs ($5.99 for domestic orders, $32 for priority mail international, and $39 for Express mail international). Buyer is responsible for return charges.

Q: What if you guys sent me a defective item, or the wrong item?
A: We are sorry if we have made this mistake, please initiate a return through Amazon, so we can offer a concession for return shipping charges. Once we get the item back, we will send out the replacement/correct item.

    • We ship via USPS & UPS. For Same day Ship items. If Order Receive Before 9:00 AM (EST)
    • Please allow 3-4 weeks for International Priority Mail and 1-2 Weeks for international Express Mail shipping, due to customs holding merchandise. We are not Responsible for the customs taxes and duties.
    • Insurance is required on all international orders.
    • Domestic shipping to the lower 48 U.S. states does not require insurance.
    • Alaska, Hawaii and other U.S. territory are subject to small shipping surcharges.
    • We do not ship to Freight Forwarding companies, Hotels and APO / FPO / Israel / Malaysia. We will cancel all offending orders.
    • International Shipping: Please note, we cannot declare any lower value on the watches, and we do not collect any tax or customs duties. You are responsible for all the duties, taxes and customs fees. In case you do not pick up the watch or deny the shipment and the watch comes back to us, we will charge the return shipping charge plus any other charge that we need to pay to the carrier.
