Q: Do your products come with warranties?
A: Most products sold by Dj's Boardshop have a manufacturer's warranty. Please send us a message via Amazon with any issues so we can assist you in the manufacturer's warranty process. Dj's Boardshop has no final say in the outcome of a warranty claim. The decision squarely rests in the manufacturers hands; we're here to help facilitate the process. Please be prepared to email some photos of the damaged item, if possible. This will help us determine if the warranty claim has a good chance of being accepted. Be aware that customers are responsible for shipping warrantied items to us or the manufacturer. Dj's Boardshop will cover the shipping of the product back to you if the manufacturer accepts the warranty claim.  Accepted warranty claims will be eligible for either an exchange or store credit, no refunds.

    About Dj's Boardshop

    Dj's Boardshop is a true “ride” company. All employees at Dj's Boardshop participate in EVERY sport we sell products for. These sports are our passion and what we live for.

    We know the feeling of dropping in on a back country bowl with no other lines but yours. We know the feeling of those glassy sunset sessions with no other boats on the lake. We know the feeling of rigging up at the Gorge and Kanaha on those perfect 4.0 days. We know the feeling and that is why we do what we do.

    We work to play and can't think of a better way to make a living than selling gear that keeps people happy and active. Because we know how good gear should feel and perform, we buy it, and we buy it right. Most of our gear is last year's top of the line product. This is how we offer such competitive pricing. We want everyone to be able to afford the ride.

    Although board sports are our passion, we choose to carry other gear. We carry clothing and shoes because hey, everyone wants to look good and feel good. We also carry what we call “recovery sport” gear. We noticed our recovery time and focus were greatly increased by hours on the golf course, hence the golf aspect of our store.

    We also carry some inflatable tubes. These are a great time when used in moderation. Please, if you're going out tubing; try to give wakeboarders and water skiers extra space. We usually tube in the middle of the lake to save the smooth water for the wakeboarders. In the future we'll probably add some more “recovery sport” gear so keep an eye out.

    Dj's Boardshop Shipping Policies

    We take customer service very seriously.  Our priority is to offer the best shopping experience possible.  If you ever have any questions on any of our gear or policies please send us an email.  All emails are replied to in less than 24 hours within hours of operation.     


    Customer Service house of operation: Monday - Friday 8-4pm CST.  Weekend vary.   

    Dj's Boardshop ships all items within two days of receiving an order (M-F).  If there is an issue or delay with your order you will be contacted by someone at Dj's.  If you need to cancel or update an order please contact us ASAP.  We can’t guarantee we’ll be able to stop a shipment but we’ll make every attempt to accommodate the request.    

    Please remember that shipping estimates are estimates, not guarantees.   

    We ship to the lower 48 states (street) primarily via UPS Ground some smaller items ship USPS.   
    We ship to the lower 48 states (P.O. Box) via USPS Priority Mail
    We ship to AK, HI, PR, VI, GU, and AS via USPS Priority Mail. We ship to APO/FPO addresses via USPS Priority Mail
    We ship to Canada via UPS Worldwide Expedited (due to dealer agreements not all brands can ship to Canada). 

    With the exception of Canada we can't ship internationally.    

    Shipping policies- 
    • Once an order is placed we cannot change the shipping address (Per Amazon Policy).  If we need to have the package returned to sender you will be refunded your order less shipping fees paid.  For example: bad, incomplete, old addresses.  UPS attempted 3 deliveries and held package for pick up with no response from recipient.     
    • Orders with shipping addresses that contain apartment, suite, floor, unit numbers or have a value over $400 may be shipped with an indirect signature requirement for fraud protection reasons.    
    • Orders that are refused by recipient will be returned and refunded less shipping charges incurred (both ways).

    Customs - Taxes - Duties – Gifts (International Orders): Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying. Also, we can't mark an item as gift to avoid duties/taxes.   

    International Manufacturer's warranty claims: Most items sold at djsboardshop come with a one year manufacturer's warranty. In these situations the customer is responsible for sending the product back to djsboardshop. If the warranty is approved we'll issue an in-store credit for the price paid for the item. Return shipping costs are the buyers responsibility for all warranty claims but if the manufacturer honors the claim and a replacement is available, we’ll send the replacement back to you for no additional charge.   

    We ship most international orders via UPS Worldwide Expedited. If you're only ordering a smaller item we may change the shipping method to USPS Priority Mail International. We reserve the right to use either company.   

    Non-receipt claims must be initiated within 14 days from when the package was marked as delivered.   

    UPS Ground operates Monday-Friday. UPS Air services operate Monday-Friday. We do not offer Saturday delivery for any orders placed with expedited shipping.

    Bike Shipments:
    Certain comfort, cruiser, fitness and fat bikes are not able to ship via USPS due to the size of the box.  In instances where PO Boxes, APO/FPO or any other address requiring shipment via USPS is entered the order will be cancelled/refunded.  You will be contacted via Amazon's message system and asked to place a new order with an address in which we can ship via UPS.  We apologize for any hassle and inconvenience.

    As as industry standard, some bikes might have minor cosmetic blemishes due to the nature of shipping.

    Dj's Boardshop Tax Information

    Sales tax is not separately calculated and collected in connection with items ordered from Dj's Boardshop through the Amazon.com Site unless explicitly indicated as such in the ordering process. Items ordered from Dj's Boardshop may be subject to tax in certain states, based on the state to which the order is shipped. If an item is subject to sales tax, in accordance with state tax laws, the tax is generally calculated on the total selling price of each individual item, including shipping and handling charges, gift-wrap charges and other service charges, less any applicable discounts. If tax is separately calculated and collected in connection with items ordered from Dj's Boardshop through the Amazon.com Site, the tax amounts that appear during the ordering process are estimated - the actual taxes that will be charged to your credit card will be calculated at the time your order is processed and will appear in your order confirmation notification.

    Returns and Refunds

    Exchanges/Returns are allowed and must be initiated within 30 days of receiving the item. Items must be returned with everything they arrived with, example, tags, extra shoe laces, extra lens, etc.  Please contact Dj’s Boardshop for instructions. Returns made outside the 30 day window will be subject to a 10% restocking fee.  Christmas presents may be exchanged or returned up to January 30th. Items for exchange/return must be brand new and complete with original packaging and tags. Items that are returned dirty/damaged/soiled, i.e. animal hair, will be charged a 10% restocking fee. Bikes returned that have been assembled will be assessed a 10-20% restocking fee.  Buyers are responsible for shipping charges associated with the exchange/return.  Exchanged items will be shipped for free to a physical address in the continental US. All of our sizing is in US and sizing charts provided by Amazon or manufacturer.   


    When returning an item or exchanging please make sure to include a copy of your invoice and a quick note explaining the situation at hand as this helps us process your request faster. If you're exchanging, the quickest way to receive the new item will be to buy the replacement you'd like right away.  Then post the other item/s back to us with a note explaining that you’re simply returning for a refund because you've already purchased the replacement. Pack and seal your return securely (in the original package if possible). Packages must be returned prepaid; we cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries. For your protection, please use UPS, Fed Ex or Insured Parcel Post for shipment. Be sure to email us the tracking number for the return package.  Amazon handles all aspects of processing refunds.  Please contact their customer service department for any refund related issues.  You can expect a 3-5 business day turnaround time for returns/exchanges to be processed once the item/s has been received.  Turnaround times will be longer during December and January.  Send us a message for additional information.
