Has my order shipped?
To see the status of your order, simply log on to Amazon.com and click on "Your Account". Once there, you will see your entire order history and the status of your order.
How do I track my order?
To track your order, simply log on to Amazon.com and click on "Your Account". There you will see your issued tracking number. You can also get the tracking number from the e-mail that is sent when your order ships.
When will my order arrive?
LuggagePoint.com has selected UPS and Fed Ex to do all shipping from our warehouses. Generally, UPS and Fed Ex allow up to 1-6 business days for your package to be delivered. We are shipping from different parts of the country, so the closer you are to the the shipping location, the more likely you are to get your package faster. If you are using a premium service, such as UPS Second Day Air, you can expect your order to arrive 2 business days after your order has been shipped from our warehouse facilities. We normally send out all orders within a 24- to 48-hour basis.
How can I cancel my order/item?
If you wish to cancel an item after you have placed the order, but the order has not been processed yet, you can simply e-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org or call us toll-free at (877) 877-7804 and tell us that you would like to cancel your order. If your order has not been shipped, we will be more than happy to assist you in canceling your order.
What is your Return Policy?
We stand by our products and offer a 60-day, money-back, no-questions-asked guarantee on all our products. However, we do require that you return all products in the same condition in which you received them. This means that all manuals and documentations, the proper box in which the product came in, and the product should be in 100% good condition. We do accept returns on all electronic items that have been purchased within 14 days of receipt of purchase. If returned, we deduct a 15% restocking fee on all electronic items opened or used. If defective, a full refund can be given or the product can be exchanged.
Do I have to pay sales tax?
Currently, LuggagePoint.com is registered in New Jersey, and only products shipped to the state of New Jersey are charged tax at a rate of 7%. The other 49 states are not taxed at all. We want to pass on any savings to you as much as we can.

Friday, 12/14, will be the final cut off day for Ground shipping. Any other orders placed after Friday 4PM EST will not be guaranteed for delivery in time for Christmas. You will need to upgrade to Express 2nd Day Air Shipping.
To receive your order by Christmas GUARANTEED using GROUND service, your order must be placed by: 12/14, 4PM EST.
To receive your order by Christmas GUARANTEED using Express 2nd Day, order must be placed by 12/20, 4PM EST.
Premium Service: Second Day Air is available for an additional charge per item. Oversized items will incur an additional charge per item for premium service. Oversized items typically include extraordinary bulk items, 24-inch, 26-inch, and up.
Alaska and Hawaii shipments must be made buy Second Day Air only.
We do not ship items to P.O. boxes, APOs or FPOs, therefore we cannot accept orders with these address types.

Returns and Refunds
You have 60-days from the day you receive your item to initiate a return and put the return item in the mail. All items must be returned in their original condition and include the original packaging, documentation, warranty cards, manuals, and accessories. Please note that your return will be subjected for inspection upon arrival and if any items are missing or damaged you may incur re-stocking fees.
No exchanges can be processed at this time, please place a new order for any other item you wish to purchase as a replacement and we will issue a refund for the original item that was returned to us. You may also call us toll-free at (877) 877-7804, 10AM-6PM EST, Mon-Fri and one of our customer service agents, will be glad to assist you.
If LuggagePoint.com has sent you a defective or wrong item please inform us so we can e-mail you a pre-paid shipping label. Then, simply drop off the package to a local carrier hub, store, drop box, or truck. This way, there is no expense to you to return the package to us. If you see a truck coming down the road, please move out of the way! :)
How to obtain an RMA Number:
To initiate a return, you must obtain an RMA# from LuggagePoint.com. To do this, please email firstname.lastname@example.org to obtain an RMA#. Please allow up 2-3 business days to receive the RMA#. Normally we're quicker than that, but it depends on the weather! :)
An RMA# will allow us to track your return once it has been received in our facilities and we will credit the same credit card that was used to make the purchase. Once received, a LuggagePoint.com representative will inspect the order and refund your order less any shipping costs. Please allow up to 5-7 business days for the refund to take place.
