    We sell 100% authentic handbags as we purchase our handbags directly from manufacturers and not from wholesalers.  All our products are in brand new, unused condition.  If shipping is not enabled for your country, please email us and we will enable for you if you reside in Australia and New Zealand, Japan, South Korea, Malaysia, Indonesia, Hong Kong and Macau, Singapore, Saudi Arabia and Taiwan.  

    Expected delivery dates for Christmas Orders:-

    Last day to order for Christmas arrival (using expedited shipping): December 19th

    Last day to order for Christmas arrival (using 2 day shipping): December 21st


    Expedited Shipping:-

    We ship within 2-3 business days of receiving your order via 2 day USPS priority mail for US delivery. As such, you should receive your purchase within 5-6 business days from your order date unless there is adverse weather conditions in your area.  Delays due to adverse weather conditions such as: Snow Storm, Floods, Hurricanes or other natural disasters is beyond our control as USPS will not deliver mail until it's safe for their drivers to be on the road.  

    We require signature confirmation upon receipt for all purchases so please ensure you or someone is available to sign on your behalf.  If you or someone cannot sign on your behalf, then please go to the post office indicated on the notice left by USPS and retrieve your package or call the number on your notice to reschedule delivery at a time when you can sign for it.  Signature confirmation is added to protect buyers to mitigate mail theft. 

    Please email us after you place the order should you require expedited handling.


    International Shipping:-

    We ship via USPS International Express for all International packages even though it says standard shipping in your order.  For delivery time frame, please refer to the following:-//www.usps.com/ship/priority-mail-express-international.htm?   Please note that you are responsible for clearing customs in your respective country and as such, you are responsible for any customs or duties levied on your purchase by local customs.  Furthermore, delays in delivery due to local customs holdups is beyond our control and we do not refund shipping for such delays.  

    We ONLY ship to the following countries outside the US:- 
    Canada, Australia and New Zealand, Japan, South Korea, United Kingdom, Hong Kong and Macau, Singapore, Saudi Arabia and Taiwan.  If you reside outside these countries and placed an order with us, your order will be canceled without further notice.  

    Our return policy is as follows:-

    We only accept returns within Amazon's 30 day return period.  Buyer is responsible for all shipping charges (including return shipping) and all products returned need to be in its original condition (with tags, dust bags and unused, no damages, defect, scratches) in order to qualify for a full product refund.  In accordance with Amazon's return policy, all products missing UPC code/tags are not returnable.  Products returned without tags (if the bag comes with original tags when shipped to you) will be mailed back to you without further notice.  Products returned used/damaged/ missing parts/dust bags are subject to a re-stocking fee up to 50%.

    Refunds:-
    After receiving your product return, it takes up to 5-10 business days for us to issue you a refund.  Please refer to Amazon's refund policy for more details on how long it takes for you
    to get the refund after we processed it.

    iLuxury Outlet Shipping Policies

    Expedited Shipping: We ship within 3 business days of receiving your order via 2 day USPS Priority Mail for US orders.  In general, your order should arrive within 5-6 business days from your order date.  However, if there are adverse weather conditions such as flood, snow storm, hurricane in your area then it could take longer than the expected delivery date provided by Amazon.  Such delays are outside our control as USPS does not deliver until it's safe for their drivers to deliver mail. 

    For mother's day, we added an option to ship via USPS 2 day guarantee express shipping.  The latest date to purchase for Guarantee arrival before Mother's Day is 5/7/2014 if you were to select 2 day guarantee express shipping.  All our bags are already very well packaged (mostly in original factory wrapping); hence minimal gift wrapping (if any) is necessary on your part.

    Note:  We require signature confirmation for all our purchases.  This is to safeguard your package from theft.  If you or someone are not available to sign for the package, please pick up the notice left by USPS and pick up your package at the post office specified on your notice at your earliest convenience.  Packages unclaimed will be sent back to us and we will refund your order once we receive the returned package. 

    For International orders, we ship via USPS Express International Priority even though it says standard shipping in your order.  

    In accordance with Amazon's International shipping policy, it is the importer's (buyer's) responsibility to clear local customs and pay duties and taxes, if applicable.  We, nor the carrier, nor Amazon, is able to clear local customs and pay duties on your behalf since it is completely outside our control.  As such, any delays in delivery due to holdups in customs is beyond our control. 

    Note: We ONLY ship to the following countries outside the US:- 
    Canada, Australia and New Zealand, Japan, South Korea, United Kingdom, Hong Kong and Macau, Singapore, Saudi Arabia and Taiwan.  If you reside outside these countries and placed an order with us, your order will be canceled without further notice.  

    We are in process of adding other shipping options but currently we do not offer Any other shipping options.

    Sales tax is not separately calculated and collected in connection with items ordered from iLuxury Outlet through the Amazon.com Site unless explicitly indicated as such in the ordering process.
