Q. When will I get my item?

- All orders are processed within 12-24 hours, excluding weekends.

- All shipping methods come with tracking visibility. All tracking numbers are sent via e-mail within 24-48 hours of payment being received.     **PLEASE, make sure you include either your packing slip or invoice with the return, as without it, we cannot process any returns/refunds, Thank You!!Also, please either WRAP or use a BOX to send the shoes back - we will NOT accept any returns if the actual SHOE BOX is taped up, stickered, stamped, etc. as the shoe box must be in its original condition as received (we do understand the box can get a bit beat up in transit, but please do protect it to the best of your ability, thank you!).
