Q. Are your products you sell authentic?
A. Yes - EVERY item sold by Sneakers4U is 100% Authentic Guaranteed and Original Manufactures supply (Original Box, Retro Card, and Any Tags). We do not sell or promote the selling of "fakes" or "variants."

Q. How long will it take for the order to ship after the order is placed?
A. It will take 24 to 72 business hours for the order to be processed. It will take an additional 6 to 10 business days for standard shipping (sometime faster).

Q. I am trying to track my package, but it keeps telling me the tracking # that I have entered is invalid.
A. Please keep in mind that the tracking # that has been assigned to your package may not have been scanned by the shipping carrier yet. Please wait until 6:00PM Eastern Standard Time the following day to track all packages after allowing for processing.

Q. Do you ship to countries besides US?
A. Yes we ship Worldwide. Please note that any Customs and Brokerage fee that may be applicable is not included in the total amount of your order. This fee is to be paid by the customer in order for the package to be released from customs at the destination country. Fees may vary depending on the value of the product ordered. We cannot determine what these fees will be. Please check with your local customs office for detail on how these charges are applied.

Q. Why was my order cancelled?
A. There are a few reasons that your order can be cancelled. Below you will find the main reasons to cause us to cancel.

Out Of Stock - Occasionally, a product will over sell due to popularity, inventory malfunction, etc. If we are unable to fill your order, we will cancel and refund your order immediately. You will receive an email stating "Out of stock". If you paid by credit card or by check card, it will depend on your bank. Our transactions happen instantly. You will need to contact your bank to see what their policy is for posting a refund. If you paid via PayPal, you will see this refund immediately.

Not Finalized -This occurs when your payment was not completed through the checkout system.

Duplicate Orders - If we feel that an order was made in error, such as an obvious duplicate order, we will cancel the duplicate order and process the original order. If you were charged more than once, we will refund at the time of cancellation.

If you do not feel you were cancelled for any of these reasons, please contact us.

Q. What happens to my credit card if my order is canceled?
A. At Sneakers4U @ Amazon, When making on-line purchases, the funds for the amount of the purchase are put on hold by the customer's bank /credit card issuer for the merchant to use. If the order is canceled, the funds are released back to your account. Please keep in mind that this may take from 24 hours to 10 business days. Each bank differs and we have no control on how long it takes for the funds to be released back to your account.

Q. If it is past the thirty day return period, can I still return my shoes?
A. We cannot extend our return policy beyond the return period. All orders returned to us past the return period will be refused.

    Returns and Refunds

  • Top of Page Returns and Refunds

    If for any reason you're not completely satisfied with your purchase from Sneakers4u, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund.

    All items must be unused and must be returned with all the original packaging (DOUBLE BOXED as they came) to receive your refund. Any associated fees and shipping costs will be deducted from your refund if you return your shoes beyond the 30 day return window, a 20% late fee will be assessed, which will also be deducted from your refund. The return of incorrect or defective merchandise will not be accepted.

    Unworn Merchandise: Includes any item that is in new condition, still contains the original tags, and is in the original packaging (if any). Returns will be returned to you if the item exhibits any obvious signs of wear or are not in the condition in which they were received. All original packaging and materials including boxes, manuals, warranty cards, instructional, and any other materials in the original shipment must be returned with your merchandise.

    Defective Merchandise: Returns for manufacturer defects will not be accepted. We recommend that you contact the manufacturer directly so they can accommodate a rebate/credit for your used/faulty merchandise. We have had customers in the past successfully send their items back and receive some form of credit/rebate.

    Incorrect Merchandise: Contact us via Amazon messaging or phone (800-748-2205) if you received an item different than what was described on the website or is the wrong size, color, or style than what you ordered.

    International Buyer: All shipping charges are not refundable if an item is refused or deemed undelivered. Refund will be less those charges.
