    We offer 100% FREE EXCHANGES on your unworn/unused items for up to 60 days.  

    A Return Authorization is required for all returns and exchanges.  Please contact us through your Amazon account to begin the return process.

    Your exchange will be shipped back to you with no additional shipping charges!

    Merchandise must be returned and received unworn, in the original packaging, with tags attached.

    Please securely wrap your merchandise/shoe box for shipping and do not apply any tape or labels to the item/box itself.

    Not all packages will contain a prepaid return label.  If you want a return label, you can request one when you contact us for your Return Authorization.

    Want your EXCHANGE DELIVERED faster? Merchandise sells out quickly!  If you'd like to reserve your item, simply call or email our customer service department to place your exchange item on hold.  You can reach us at 502.491.1889, or message us through Amazon messages.

    IMPORTANT POLICIES:
    - All orders are processed within 48 hours, excluding holidays and weekends.
    - All merchandise ships from Kentucky, USA.
    - Import duties and taxes are the customer's responsibility. Street Moda is NOT responsible for any import duties and/or import taxes. If the customer refuses the package, NO REFUND will be issued.
    - All orders shipping to P.O. boxes (domestic and international) will automatically be sent USPS.
    - All United States orders with merchandise value of $150 or more will require a signature upon delivery. No exceptions.

    - If you are a customer outside of the United States, you will be subject to not only customs and duty fees but taxes such as GST in Australia and VAT in the United Kingdom. Our prices do NOT include these taxes. These taxes will be collected by the delivering freight company.

    Returns and Refunds

    Street Moda Return/Exchange Policy

    We gladly accept returns and exchanges of UNWORN merchandise within 30 days of delivery, unless noted on the listing of the item. Please email us through your Amazon account or call 502.491.1889 to get your Return Authorization.

    No returns will be accepted without a Return Authorization.

    Inventory changes quickly, to reserve your exchange item, either email through your Amazon account or call 502.491.1889.  

    Not all packages will include a prepaid Smartpost label. You may request a Smartpost label for your return shipping by emailing us through your Amazon account or by calling 502.491.1889.  Exchange shipping is free; returns will incur an $8.50 return label fee when using a Smartpost label.

    In the US, we offer standard 3-7 day shipping, expedited 1-3, two day and one day shipping. Please add the 24-48 hour processing time to the transit time for your orders estimated arrival.

    • All merchandise ships from the United States.
    • All shipping methods come with tracking visibility. All tracking numbers are sent via email within 24-48 hours of payment being received.

    • All orders shipping to PO boxes will automatically be sent USPS.

    Yes, we do! Certain countries do limit specific delivery services, but we'll have something that works for you. As a a reminder and as stated on our policy pages and confirmation emails, Street Moda is NOT responsible for any duty, taxes/vat, customs, and/or any other taxes imposed by the delivery company and/or your country's government. These fees are assessed by your government and the customs department.  If an international shipment is abandoned or refused, no refund will be issued.

    Yes! All of our items are authentic and come with tags and/or in bags/boxes with the name of the brand. We buy our items direct so there is never any reason to worry about authenticity.

    It is possible we are currently sold out of this item. You can always contact customer service on the availability of an item.

  • Top of Page How long does it take to process my return?

    The average time is about 10 business days after receipt at our warehouse. It can take up to 3 weeks during peak times. Feel free to contact us to inquire about the status of your return any time.

  • Top of Page I have received a wrong or damaged item, what do I do?


    In the unlikely event that you receive an item that is different than our online description or damaged merchandise, we'll take care of it.  Please contact us within 7 days of receipt for your return authorization and allow us to place your replacement on hold.  You return package of the damaged or wrong merchandise should be mailed back to us within 14 days. Please contact customer service for assistance through your Amazon account or by phone at 502-491-1889.
