    ALERT!!! We do not accept opened items back. This restriction is in place by manufacturer of the products that we generally sell. If the item is defective - it will be exchanged based on RMA and manufacturer's warranty.

    Please read our detailed policy and how we process returns:

    When item needs to be returned for any reason, please login to your Amazon account and request item to be returned. If product is defective, please explain in detail what is wrong with the product. Let us know if you would like to return or exchange the item.†

    If you choose to return product for refund, it must be returned in resalable condition. Item should be packaged carefully. IMPORTANT: Do not write on product box and do not affix labels to the original product box. If received item can't be resold as new, we may reject and return your return.†

    You are responsible for any and all return shipping fees even in the event item is defective. We are not setup for label generating service and not setup to offer pickups. We will not pay for return shipping charges.†

    Sometimes we may offer return label. In such case we would require that you contact manufacturer to get case number. Very few manufacturers would offer return label service. If such is offered, we would request that you get case number from manufacturer before return label is issued by our supplier.†

    Restocking fee:†

    Restocking fee of 20% applies to all returns. When your item is received, we will issue a refund less 20%, less original shipping fee paid. RMA processing takes 2-3 weeks. If you don't receive refund within 21 days, please send us a message and we will quickly assist.†

    How Our Rates Are Calculated

    Amazon.com charges buyers a flat rate for shipping seller orders, and passes the funds to the seller to offset the costs of packaging and labor, as well as the actual postage required.

    The credit given to a seller will usually closely match what the seller pays to ship the item, using the option that you have chosen (i.e. Domestic Standard, Domestic Expedited, etc.).
