Shipping policy

At this point we do not offer expedited shipping, all orders are shipped via ground service.
We ship via many methods, UPS, FedEx, USPS, large items and most TV‚Äôs are shipped via freight trucks, please allow 3 days for orders to be processed.†
If more than one item was ordered, they might arrive via different carriers at different times as we ship from various warehouses across the country.

Items Damaged during shipment

Please inspect items before singing receipt to carrier, if cartons appear to have been damaged, please refuse delivery to carrier. If package cannot be refused, please inform us within 24 hours of arrival, a claim will be placed with carrier.† Reports outside this window are uninsurable and will not be accepted.
Items shipped outside the US must be inspected upon local delivery; claims cannot be accepted once shipped by another carrier.

Cancellation request/ Refused orders

Please note that Amazon takes approximately 2 hours to process orders and they can only be canceled during this time frame directly with Amazon.† Orders are processed very quickly once received by us, we will acknowledge all cancel requests but cannot guarantee them.† Once the order is far in the shipping process or has already shipped, it cannot be canceled after orders are shipped, if customer no longer wants it an RMA needs to be requested and re-stocking fee will be applied.† Customer will be responsible for shipping charges both ways.

    Sales tax is not separately calculated and collected in connection with items ordered from ApexSuppliers through the Amazon.com Site unless explicitly indicated as such in the ordering process.     By default, all Apex Suppliers inventory includes a 1-year manufacturer warranty unless otherwise specified in the product description or as found below:

    • Sports Collectibles -- 30 days within original delivery receipt date
    • Automotive Merchandise (where warranty information is not disclosed within description) -- 90 days

    Returns and Refunds

    ApexSuppliers LLC† Return Policy

    We offer a 30 day return policy for most new & unopened items with original packaging and all accessories in sealed condition.† No returns are allowed without proper RMA or outside return period.

    Non returnable items, these items cannot be returned for any reason:††† Software, Video games, GPS charts, Computers and Notebooks, Personal care items, In ear headphones, Memorabilia and custom made items

    Exceptions to our return policy:†† All cell phones have a 7-day return policy and can only be returned if sealed.

    Non-Defective Items

    • Please contact our Customer Service Department within 30 days from purchase date to request RMA.†† Items returned without authorization will be refused or abandoned and will not be credited to customer.
    • Re-Stocking fee of 20% will be applied to all returns of non-defective items.
    • Shipping charges are not refundable; customer is responsible for shipping back unwanted items.† If free shipping promotion was applied on the order, a minimum fee of $ 10 will be discounted at the time of refund for shipping charges.
    • All returns must be packed in an outer shipping box with valid RMA number on the shipping label (do not write on manufacturers box). Please note that our Returns Department will refuse any package that does not have a valid RMA number or that RMA has expired. There are no exceptions.
    • Please ship packages back to address on return instructions with Freight Prepaid and inform us tracking details.† When needed a pre paid label can be issued, shipping costs will be deducted from the amount to be refunded.
    • All RMA are valid 30 days after receipt of package, please ship back items within 30 days of received, otherwise RMA will expire and returned items will be refused.
    • All returns are subject to inspection.† Opened items must be in re-sellable condition; packing must be in perfect condition and must include all accessories and manuals in sealed condition, warranty cards must be unfilled.† If after items are received and inspected we determine that items are not in proper condition to be sold again, a higher re-stocking fee will be applied or item will be returned to customer.
    • We are not responsible for items that do not arrive to the warehouse instructed on RMA. We strongly suggest that you ship your package in a way that allows you to track the shipment and receive proof of delivery.
    • After items are received and inspected, please allow up to 5-10 business days to process credit to your Amazon account.† We will notify you be email once credit has been issued.† Please contact us if you have any doubts.
    Warranty & Defective items †††
    Every product sold includes manufacturers warranty; complete warranty information is included with the product.† All returns after 30 days from purchase date must be done directly with the manufacturer.
    Most manufacturers require to contact their technical support to diagnose problem (this is mandatory for defective printers and TV‚Äôs), we will provide contact information if needed.† If the manufacturer recommends replacement, we will gladly replace defective item if in stock, please notify is within 5 days of receipt. We reserve the right to have your return or replacement sent through the manufacturer directly.
    All returns are subject to inspection upon arrival at our warehouse, if items reported as defective are not found defective or if item is returned damaged a 30% restocking fee will be applied.
