A. All our orders ship within the 2 business days time frame. More than 90% of the orders that show unshipped are not going to show shipped till midnight as our machines are designed to perform at 100% speed during the day to ensure that packages reach your door on time and we work efficiently to make everyones experience "Happily ever after". When our warehouse closes, our servers automatically issue you an update email on the order and will update the necessary courier information avail.

A. In this case do not contact amazon as it will only cause a delay and forward the email to the wrong department. Immediately shoot an email saying order cancellation as those are our prioritized #1 emails. Calling our hotline will only direct you to email this department.

    Amamax (USA Seller) Shipping Policies

    Amamax.com proudly offer Free Ground Shipping on all orders. Free shipping is only available in the continental U.S.A. Your total cost for purchase of any product will include shipping and handling charges shown on the Invoice. Ship via DHL, FedEx, UPS or the US Postal Service. This excludes APO/FPO/PO/FBO boxes. Shipping prices to special address's and its shipping cost will be clearly listed at check out. Any questions please direct them to an Amamax Customer Representative.

    Order Process & Delivery Time
    All packages are processed in a first come first served basis. It may take up to 2 business days. When possible Amamax will include all items in one box. Please note that all orders received after 2:00 PM CST  will be processed on the next business day.
    Weekend and holidays are not counted in the delivery time. For instance, if you ship a package on Friday, the normal delivery time is Monday. FedEx or UPS does not deliver on Saturdays or Holidays.

    Shipping Breakdown
    Depending on the weight of the package, shipping selection, and item it will ship from one of our reliable couriers. Domestic shipments will use UPS, FedEx and USPS to deliver. All international shipments will be using DHL Worldwide Express or FedEx International Priority.

    Once an order has reached our shipping lines it cannot be cancelled through our online cancellation request system.

    Where is my order shipping from? 

    All of our orders ship from the USA. We never ship from China and nor will we ever have plans to do so as we stay loyal supporting our own place. Items may ship from 6 different strategic shipping warehouses around the USA such include

    Next Day, Second Day, and Expedited are Guaranteed. If it doesn't arrive on time listed on amazon estimated delivery, we will refund at full regardless and claim the courier ourselves or take care of our own mistake.

    POLICY AGAINST COUNTERFEIT PRODUCTS: Amamax does not intentionally, willingly, or knowingly buy, sell, distribute or manufacturer any counterfeit products, hardware or software, that are in violation of US copyright or trademark laws. We require all of our venders and manufacturers to make the same pledge.

    TITLE; RISK OF LOSS: Amamax/MHL Computer will arrange for shipment of ordered product(s) to the Customer, Free On board (F.O.B.) shipping point, meaning title to the product(s) and risk of loss passes to the Customer upon delivery to the carrier. Amamax reserves a purchase money security interest in the product(s) until its receipt of the full amount due, and insures products against damage for this reason. Customers are expected to provide a reasonably secure delivery environment and are required to notify us if an unsafe delivery environment exists where products may be stolen before delivery. Customer agrees to allow Amamax to sign appropriate documents on Customer's behalf to permit Amamax to protect its purchase money security interest. All software is provided subject to the license agreement of the software maker. Customer agrees to be bound by any software license agreement once the seal on the shipping package is broken. Amamax will advise Customer of estimated shipping dates, but Amamax will, under no circumstances, be responsible for delays in delivery, and associated damages, due to events beyond its reasonable control, including without limitation, acts of God or public enemy, acts of federal, state or local government, fire, floods, civil disobedience, strikes, lockouts, and freight embargoes.

    GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION: Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms and Conditions or the sales transaction between Amamax/MHL Computer and Customer shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas , without regard to its conflicts of law rules. Specifically, the validity, interpretation, and performance of this agreement shall not be governed by the United Nations Convention on the International Sale of Goods. Amamax/MHL Computer and Customer consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and the venue of the State Courts of the State of Texas , Harris County , to resolve any dispute between them related hereto, and the parities waive all rights to contest this exclusive jurisdiction and venue of such Courts. Finally, the Customer also agrees not to bring any legal action, based upon any legal theory including contract, tort, and equity or otherwise, against Amamax/MHL Computer that is more than one year after the date of the applicable invoice.

    SEVERABILITY: If any provision contained in this agreement is or becomes invalid, illegal, or unenforceable in whole or in part, such invalidity, illegality, or unenforceability shall not affect the remaining provisions and portions of this agreement, and the invalid, illegal, or unenforceable provision shall be deemed modified so as to have the most similar result that is valid and enforceable under applicable Texas law.

    WAIVER: The failure of either party to require performance by the other party of any provision of this agreement shall not affect in any way the first party's right to require such performance at any time thereafter. Any waiver by either party of a breach of any provision in this agreement shall not be taken or held by the other party to be a continuing waiver of that provision unless such waiver is made in writing.

    ENTIRE AGREEMENT: These terms and conditions, together with the Amamax//MHL Computer's invoice respecting the products ordered by Customer, are the complete and exclusive agreement between Amamax Computer and Customer, and they supersede all prior or contemporaneous proposals, oral or written, understandings, representations, conditions, warranties, and all other communications between Amamax and Customer relating to the subject products. This agreement may not be explained or supplemented by any prior course of dealings or trade by custom or usage.

    PROPOSITION 65 WARNING for California Residents: As a reseller, Amamax is not aware of whether any particular product contains any specific chemical known to State of California to cause birth defects or other reproductive harm. California customers are encouraged to check manufacturer’s website and/or read any notices on the product from the manufacturer to verify if the product has such problems before purchasing or using this product. As a general precaution, some circuit boards, especially those without RoHS certification, may contain solder that has lead as a component. Always avoid skin or food contact with any circuit boards. Always wash your hands after handling any circuit boards. De-soldering such circuit board is not recommended nor does it make any economic sense. If you have to do it, avoid inhalation of any fumes. This general warning is also provided on our shopping basket page and/or sent as a hard copy together with any orders shipped to California addresses.
