1.   How do I return my order?

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your unworn product within 60 days of purchase for a refund. Follow the directions on your packing slip to print a prepaid return-shipping label and affix the label securely to the top of your shipping box. Then, drop the package off at any FedEx location, US Post Office, US Mailbox, or give it to your US Postal delivery person. If you request a return label directly from Amazon.com and do not follow the Shoes.com process to receive a prepaid return label, you will not be reimbursed for return shipping.

Most returns are processed within 2-3 weeks of receipt. Credit for the returned item or items will usually post to your credit card account within two billing cycles (in accordance with your financial institution's procedures). We will send you a confirmation email when your return has been processed.

PLEASE NOTE: The prepaid return shipping label is valid only via United States Postal Service delivery (not valid via UPS delivery). At this time we are unable to offer exchanges for orders placed through Amazon.com; all returns will be processed as refunds. Questions? Call 888-233-6743.

2.   How do I cancel my order?

To better service our customers, orders are processed and shipped very quickly. For this reason, we are unable to cancel or modify an order. Unworn shoes and unused items purchased on Amazon.com may be returned within 60 days of the purchase date for a refund.

3.   Can Shoes.com ship to a PO Box?

At this time, we cannot ship to PO Box addresses, U.S. territories, or APO/FPO addresses.

4.   I’m not sure what shoe size I wear in some shoes. How can I find out?

We offers sizing information that will help guide you to what size to order. Sizing charts are available on every product page and in the Seller Help area.  Please remember that our Fit Assistant sizing chart is a guide and may not provide the exact fit for every style of shoe that we carry.

5.   What is Euro Sizing? How do I know what size I wear in Euro Sizing?

Some shoes are sold with European shoe sizes rather than US Shoe sizes. Euro sized shoes tend to have a little more give in the sizing.

The best way to ensure a perfect fit in a Euro sized shoe is to print out our handy Foot Measurement Tool to find your size, and then convert your normal US size to Euro Sizing using our Conversion Chart. Sizing charts are available on every product page and in the Seller Help area. Because Euro sized shoes sold by Shoes.com display corresponding US sizes when you choose your size, follow the converted sizes to find the best fit. Keep in mind that Euro sized shoes are designed to fit a little looser, especially in the heel.

6. What brands are excluded from promotions?

    Shoes.com Shipping Policies

    Standard Ground shipping is free for all shoes.com orders from Amazon for orders shipping to the contiguous United States. Orders shipped by Standard Ground usually arrive within 5-7 business days.

    Because Standard Ground shipping is not available to Alaska and Hawaii, orders shipped to those states will receive free 2nd Day Air shipping.

    PLEASE NOTE: The shipping provider does not deliver on Saturdays, Sundays or national/federal holidays. Shoes.com ships Monday through Friday only, excluding national and federal holidays. Delivery is not available for shipping to P.O. boxes, U.S. territories, or APO/FPO addresses.

    Returns and Refunds

    Shoes.com offers the easiest return policy on the web.

    Return shipping is absolutely free and easy because Shoes.com provides a pre-paid return label along with each purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, simply return your purchase within 60 days for a refund.
