Shipping Times indicated anywhere on amazon.com are business days. This means that shipping times do not include Saturday or Sunday and UPS holidays regardless if you selected expedited shipping.
We usually ship with three business days following the receipt of an order unless noted otherwise on the product page. We usually ship out via USPS, UPS, Fedex, or DHL from various warehouses across in the US and cannot always accommodate orders to post office boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Also not all items posted on amazon can be shipped internationally. Please contact us first if you have a question regarding if an item can be shipped internationally. If you place your order, and we can not ship your item internationally, we will cancel your order.
International shipments the customer is responsible for their countries duty,custom and tax fees if applicable, we are not responsible for these charges.

Additional Processing Time is required for those type of orders that are shipped via USPS or Truck. In additional we usually take about one to two weeks to process, package and ship an international order, an order going via USPS to HI or AK, or an order going to PO Box. Our goal is to ship your order out as fast as we can.If any order is refused, the customer is responsible for the actual shipping charges and return shipping charges that are incurred to us from the shipping company.

Returns and Refunds

Return Authorization. You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of the purchase date. You must receive a Return Authorization (RA) number from Tool Hardware shop prior to shipping the item for return. The RA number must be provided on the return shipping label. We cannot accept returns without an RA number or beyond the 30-day time frame. In addition, Tool Hardware shop cannot be responsible for unauthorized returns.Shipping Costs and Restocking Fee. The customer is responsible for paying shipping costs both ways when returning an item, and for ensuring that the item is shipped with insurance and tracking. Upon request, Tool Hardware shop can supply a return label at the customer's expense. To cover our expenses, returns will be assessed a 15% restocking fee. Since we do not sell used products, any item that cannot be resold as new will be ineligible for return or subject to an additional restocking fee. Please check with us regarding these requirements before returning your purchase. Items with defaced packaging, missing parts, missing warranty cards or manuals, or missing UPC/barcodes are not eligible for return. Items that are refused for reasons other than shipping damage are subject to a 15% restocking fee, and the customer is responsible for shipping both ways.Defective Items. Items that arrive defective may be exchanged for the identical item. Please email us a description of the problem and contact the manufacturer's tech support center to ensure that the item is defective. We will send out a replacement item upon issuance of a Return Authorization and receipt of the defective unit. You will not be responsible for shipping when replacing a defective item.Items Damaged in Shipment. If you receive an item that was damaged in shipment, please contact us within the next day so we can get the situation resolved quickly.
