There is no minimum order at ReStockIt.
UPS and FedEx classifies some items as Hazardous. These items are subject to an additional $24.95 per hazardous item ordered. Hazardous items cannot ship via air, therefore these items can only be shipped via UPS or FedEx Ground.
FREIGHT LINE SHIPPING
Orders or items that cannot ship via Ground due to their weight and/or size ship via a Freight Line Service. Please allow 1 to 2 weeks for delivery.
Orders shipped via freight line to a residential address are strictly delivered curbside. The Freight company will typically assess additional fees for any delivery beyond normal curbside delivery. Our fees do not include any delivery service beyond curbside - customers are responsible for any extra charges incurred for any extra services. In addition, customers are responsible for additional charges incurred due to missed delivery appointments or re-deliveries.
All orders ship from the closest of 57 nationwide warehouses. Should the closest warehouse not have the item or items you ordered in stock, we will ship from the next closest warehouse. This may result in you receiving your order at different times if you ordered more than one item.
SHIPPING METHOD OPTIONSGround Service
In order to offer the most economical shipping rates and most reliable service, we ship all orders via a trackable method. Depending upon the size of your order we will ship via UPS, FedEx, the USPS or a common carrier freight line.

We ship to addresses located within the 48 contiguous United States. The following are a list of exceptions:
- Post Office Boxes
- Private mail boxing locations
- International locations (including Canada )
- APO/FPO addresses
Note: Per Amazon's policy, shipping addresses can not be changed once an order has been submitted. If you need to update the shipping address and the item(s) hasn't shipped, request a cancellation. Once the cancellation has been confirmed, return to Amazon and place a new order using the correct address.

Processing your order is our #1 priority. Order processing takes up to 1 business day. After processing, orders ship via the method specified during checkout. Ground orders generally arrive within 2 - 5 business days of shipping, but please allow up to 7 business days.

Items ordered from ReStockIt may be subject to tax in certain states, based on the state to which the order is shipped. If an item is subject to sales tax, in accordance with state tax laws, the tax is generally calculated on the total selling price of each individual item, including shipping and handling charges, gift-wrap charges and other service charges, less any applicable discounts. If tax is separately calculated and collected in connection with items ordered from ReStockIt through the Amazon.com Site, the tax amounts that appear during the ordering process are estimated - the actual taxes that will be charged to your credit card will be calculated at the time your order is processed and will appear in your order confirmation notification.

Returns and Refunds

ReStockIt is committed to providing quality products with exceptional service at everyday low prices. We want you to be completely satisfied with every purchase you make with us. Please note there are some products for which we cannot accept returns due to manufacturer policies. See below for complete details on restricted items.
In the unlikely event that you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact Customer Service within 5 days of delivery. Please inspect all items carefully upon delivery. Any visible damage must be noted at time of delivery to file a shipping claim.
Whether you ordered the wrong item or you changed your mind, simply contact us within 15 days of receipt of the item. We will be happy to provide a refund for any items you do not want. Merchandise must be unopened or in new condition with original packaging (this includes all components, manuals, accessories, etc.). A restocking fee of 15% will apply. Please note, you will not be credited for the shipping charges and you will be responsible for return freight charges.
Not all items are covered by our return policy.
We are unable to accept returns or order cancellations for the following items: opened software (may be exchanged for identical title only), memory/RAM, electronics, items with a broken security seal, dated materials (including calendars, planners and organizers), consumable/food products, medical items, china, vacuum cleaners, HON office furniture, and Arrow or Duramax sheds.
Returning an item is simple. Contact our Customer Service department via the Buyer-Seller Messaging Service or call us toll-free at (800) 680-0859 and one of our friendly Customer Service Representatives will take care of everything for you.
IMPORTANT: Obtain a RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER and Return Address. We are unable to accept unauthorized returns, so please be sure to contact our Customer Service Department prior to returning any items to us.
- You will need to provide our Customer Service Representative with the following information:
- Company Name
- Order Number
- Item number of item(s) to be returned
- Condition of items to be returned
- Reason for Return Request
- Clearly mark your Return Authorization number on the shipping label of your return package. DO NOT WRITE ON THE BOX ITSELF OR THE MANUFACTURER MAY DENY THE RETURN.
- Mail your returned items to the address provided by our Customer Service Department.
- The goods associated with your Return Authorization must be post-dated within 7 days of Return Authorization issuance.
- We strongly suggest the use of a shipping method that can track packages. You are responsible for properly insuring the item(s) being returned.
- Return credit is issued only for product total and does not include shipping and/or handling charges.
- Return credit will only be issued to items returned in the same condition as sold.
- Return labels for defective or damaged items must be printed within 10 days and are valid for 25 days from date of customer receipt. If the return label is not used within the 25 day timeframe, the Return Authorization and associated refund will be canceled.
