I need my order by a certain date, what can we do?

Upon receiving your order, we will send you an email confirming your order and your specific estimated ship date and delivery date.

We process and ship all orders as quickly as we can and will meet all estimated dates to the best of our ability. If your order is time sensitive please review how long the product takes to prepare for shipment and how long it will take for delivery prior to ordering.

I have already placed an order can I expedite shipment?

After ordering please review shipping and delivery estimates on the order confirmation from us. We cannot expedite shipping and delivery after the order has been placed. If the estimate for delivery is not satisfactory you can cancel your order. Please note that you must cancel your item prior to shipment.

How will I know when my item has shipped?

Amazon will notify you via email and My Account that your order has shipped. Your tracking information will also be available at this time.

How much are shipping and handling costs?

Most of our products have FREE SHIPPING. If there is a shipping cost it will be listed on the product page. There will be no additional shipping costs after placing your order.

Do you ship internationally?

We do not ship internationally through the Amazon Marketplace.

Do you stock your products?

We do stock our most popular items. The majority of our million plus catalog ships directly from the manufacturer.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, you can cancel your item prior to shipment. If the item has already shipped you may return the item under our standard return policy.

I cancelled or returned my item, where is my refund?

We process refunds every business day. Typically it takes 2-3 business days for the credit to be pushed through to your bank. However, some banking institutions take longer to post the credit, as long as month. If you see a delay in your credit please contact your banking institution.

What if my item is backordered or discontinued?

We keep our inventory as up to date as possible and revise our listings every 20 minutes. Occasionally items are backordered or discontinued before we can take down the listing. We will immediately via email if this happens. If your order is backordered, you will have the option to wait or cancel the order.

Can I update my shipping address?

If you need to update your shipping address please contact us immediately and will advise you as to next steps.

How does Wayfair ship items?

Most of our items ship via ground shipping with UPS or FedEx. For larger items we use specialized carriers that are experienced with heavy delivery. Your order confirmation from us will outline the type of delivery for your item.

I have Amazon Prime, can I use it with Wayfair?

Amazon prime memberships do not apply to any marketplace seller including Wayfair. We apologize for the inconvenience.

I have credit with Amazon, can I use it with Wayfair?

    Wayfair Shipping Rates

    Orders over $49 delivered within the continental United States ship FREE!  A very few exceptions apply and are noted in cart.  We are required to collect sales tax for orders shipping to Massachusetts, Utah or Kentucky.  Shipping surcharge applies to AK, HI, and U.S. Territories.

    For the small number of products we offer that do carry associated shipping charges either per item or per order amount, this information is noted on the product page and total shipping charges, if any, will be detailed in the shopping cart page prior to checkout.

    Also, please note that the order amount for promotional shipping doesn't include, and the offer doesn't apply to, bulk orders or sales tax.  A small number of items have specific shipping charges and are not eligible towards the qualifying amount for the reduced shipping rates or free shipping.     Wayfair Shipping Policy

    HOW WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

    Most items ship UPS or FedEx. If your item is big, your item will ship with a freight carrier that specializes in shipping heavy and bulky items. To learn more read below.

    SHIPPING METHODS

    Standard Shipping

    Small items ship with UPS or FedEx. We do not require a signature for deliveries, but the decision to leave your package without a signature is at the carrier’s discretion.

    Freight

    Large and bulky items can ship via truck freight.

    Delivery is different from standard shipping in 2 ways.

  • Delivery is by appointment. The carrier will contact you within one week of delivery to arrange 2-4 hr window.
  • You are responsible for removing the item from the truck.

    Front Door Service/Basic Service

  • Delivery to: Inside the threshold of your residence. Your product will be delivered to your front entrance, The product will not be carried up stairs inside the home. If you live in an apartment above the first floor of a building, we recommend upgrading to Room of Choice or Room of Choice with Packaging Removal.
  • Assembly Service: None
  • Packaging: The product will be left in the original packaging.

    Room of Choice Service

  • Delivery to: A two-man team will bring the item inside your residence to the room you choose. This includes carrying the product up two flights of stairs from the building threshold (4-15 steps = 1 flight). If you need the product moved up additional flights, please contact us*.
  • Assembly: None
  • Packaging: The product will be left in the original packaging.

    Room of Choice with Packaging Removal

  • Delivery to: Inside your residence to the room you choose. This includes carrying the product up two flights of stairs from the building threshold (4-15 steps = 1 flight). If you need the product moved up additional flights, please contact us*.
  • Assembly Service: The shipper will unpack the product and provide basic setup that requires no tools (i.e. set pieces next to each other, or on top of each other).
  • Packaging: The shipper will remove and dispose of all packaging.

    Assembly Service

  • Delivery to: Inside your residence to the room you choose. This includes carrying the product up two flights of stairs from the building threshold (4-15 steps = 1 flight). If you need the product moved up additional flights, please contact us*.
  • Assembly Service: The shipper will unpack the product and provide light setup that requires basic tools (i.e. pieces will be screwed or bolted together, set pieces next to each other, or on top of each other).
  • Packaging: The shipper will remove and dispose of all packaging.

    *In all cases the shipper will not hook up any electrical or component wires. Having items carried up more than 25 steps and longer assembly periods are available as additional services which would require additional charges. Please contact us if you feel you need these services.

    How much will shipping cost?

    There are a few items that we cannot ship for free. If that is the (rare) case, we’ll let you know on that product’s description page. In general, here is a breakdown of our shipping fees:

  • Free Shipping! - these items ship free. For example, most sofas, beds, dining tables, rugs, nursery sets and other big stuff.
  • Free Shipping over $49 - these items ship free when your order total is $49 or more. For example, dinnerware, pet products, accent decor, toys, and games.
  • Standard Shipping - these items are not eligible for free shipping (sorry!). For example, some commercial items, and a handful of special brands, and most bathtubs and toilets.

    Wayfair Tax Information

    One of the best things about buying through Wayfair is that we do not have to charge sales tax, with the exception of orders shipping to destinations in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, State of New York, State of Kentucky and State of Utah. However, Wayfair is not responsible for individual states’ sales tax reporting laws pertaining to online purchases, so we encourage you to check your state’s regulations before you shop.

    Returns and Refunds

    RETURN POLICY

    We offer an easy 30 day return policy on purchases and will refund your order total. All you need to do is ship it back to us.  Please note the following details about returns:

    • An order cannot be cancelled once it has shipped. If you decide to cancel after shipment, our standard return policy applies.
    • Returned items must be in new condition and in the original packaging.
    • Please do not assemble or modify a product before returning it or else we cannot refund your purchase.
    • Mattresses are exchangeable after three weeks of delivery and a $99 exchange fee will apply.
