Q.  What is your return policy

A.  Returned items are shipped back at the buyers expense unless damage occurs in the original shipment or the product is defective. Cosmetics, food supplements, OTC drugs, electronics and Medical Devices are not returnable .  Due to FDA rules, these items cannot be redistributed .Call 1800 514 5115 for more information.

 All USA shipped Items, that have the original packaging, excluding power mobility devices, bed packages, patient & car lifts, which are not damaged are returnable with prior approval  (except for the items listed above) but the buyer is charged a 25% restocking fee and return shipping costs and is not reimbursed for the original shipping costs

Power Mobility Devices, including scooters and Power Chairs, will be accepted for return follow a  RMA request  and authorization . The buyer must pay for the shipping back to the facility and incur a 25% restocking fee. This restocking fee will not apply to damaged or defective power mobility devices . The buyer must describe in detail the issue and provide pictures of the damage due to shipping.

Bath Products are non returnable if the box has been opened, even if the product has not been used.  This includes bath benches, chairs, stools, commodes, clamps, toilet seats, toilet risers, transfer benches, and anything that falls into bath product category.

Slings are also non returnable if the box is opened, even if not used.  This covers all patient slings. 

Beds, Patient & car lifts that are not defective are only returnable if not used and are in original packaging.  This also includes mattresses, if a mattress is used or blown up it is not returnable. The buyer must pay for return shipment and are charged a 25% re-stocking fee.  

If you do not have the original packaging than an item is not returnable unless you the buyer can secure a box and insure the product upon shipment.

A. All of our products are 100% guaranteed or your money back. Simply return the unused portion of the product within 60 days for a total refund.

    Phillips Health Care Shipping Policies

    Shipping is normally completed within 2-3 days except where noted on the selling page. Carriers include UPS, USPS, FedEx and others, depending on the location and country. In many cases shipping is free. Tracking numbers are always given unless not provided by the carrier. Addresses must be complete and accurate or the seller will pay a restocking fee when the shipper returns the item(s) plus any additional handling fees charged by the Shipper. Orders that are refused or attempted to be  delivered to a incorrectly enter address will  be refunded minus shipping costs and a 25% restocking fee plus any return costs by the shipper.

    All exports are normally sent via USPS or FedEx. It may take up to 3 weeks to receive the item. The customer is responsible for all customs and duties and should research such fees BEFORE ordering. If the duties and customs are not paid and the merchandise is returned the customer is charged a 25% restocking fee and will not reimbursed shipping . If the merchandise is impounded by the customs in the country  due to the unwillingness to pay for these fees no refund will  be given according to our policy

    Large items (over 150lbs) that are shipped from manufacturers, such as, beds, lifts, and large power wheelchairs are shipped from third party freight companies and take longer to ship than normal Fedex and UPS shipping.  The third party freight companies have their own shipping policies and we at Phillips Naturals have no control of their policies other than tracking the item.  We sincerely apologize for any undesirable experience with these companies.  Some products offer white glove service for an additional fee, which includes delivering inside and removal of  packing material.
