Q: I received a tracking number and when I attempt to track it on the respective courier's website it states that it is invalid, what should I do?

A: Rest assured, this is a valid tracking number for the order you placed. In our on going efforts to satisfy customers tracking numbers are sent to you almost as immediately as we receive them. It could be that it is too early to check on your tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for the courier to update their databases. Most couriers update their tracking info the following morning after a package has been sent from our facility.

Q: Are the products you sell Brand New USA Items?

A: Yes, no worries here each item we carry is advertised as Brand New USA merchandise, in the case where an item is a refurbished item it will be advertised as such. It's just like purchasing from your local retailer - but at a BIGVALUE!

    Big Value Inc processes orders within two business days of receipt through Amazon Marketplace. Once your order has left our warehouse you will receive a tracking notification.

    Our carriers of choice is UPS FedEx and USPS.

    Freight services are provided for oversized items such as televisions, appliances and musical instruments.

    International Customers: Please remember, some countries choose to charge import taxes on packages once they cross the border. We are not responsible for these charges. We recommend checking with your local customs office for these charges before placing your order.

    Since these types of taxes and charges are subject to change at any time
    (and often change from day to day), we cannot incorporate these charges

    Returns and Refunds

    All returns/replacements require a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA) to ensure a proper and expedient return/replacement or refund. Please contact our customer support department to request an RMA# at support@bigvalueinc.com or call Toll Free 1-800-319-VALUE(8258).

    All unopened items* may be returned within 15 days of receipt for a full refund, return shipping/handling and insurance are your responsibility and you may be subject to a minimum restocking fee of 5%.

    Opened, non-defective items* may be returned within 15 days of receipt for a refund or exchange, return shipping/handling and insurance are your responsibility and you may be subject to a restocking fee of 5%-15%, fees vary in accordance to the return issue.

    Defective items* are eligible for an exchange within 15 days of original receipt (please follow directions above). All special order and/or final sale items you must contact the manufacturer for warranty service.

    Items must be returned in the exact condition of receipt, all original packing materials, boxes, manuals, accessories and warranty cards must be unscathed and included in your return to qualify for any replacement, exchange or refund.

    Please return all merchandise within a shipping carton and do not write on the original manufacturer's box. RMA numbers should be entered into the second address line of your return shipping label to ensure a proper, quick return process.

    Please allow 48-72 business hours for all returns to be processed.

    All returns/replacements must be received by our facilities within 10-12 business days after the receipt of an RMA # and within our guidelines of acceptable items and conditions for returns (see below). Shipping, handling and insurance for returns are the responsibility of the customer.

    All special order and/or final sale items you must contact the manufacturer for warranty service**.

    Home Theater/Receivers/Televisions are final sale items, if you receive a defective unit please contact the manufacturer for warranty service. If you receive a damaged unit in transit you may have it exchanged via claim process, please email or call us for exchange details.

    Television In-Home Delivery Policy: Upon arrival, the unit will be unpacked by the couriers for you to conduct a complete inspection of the TV. Please inspect the TV for any damages that might have incurred during freight. After inspecting the unit, fill out and sign the supplied questionnaire  confirming the condition of the unit has been inspected and approved by you. Any manufacturer defects please contact the manufacturer for warranty service.
