My son, 7, loves this watch. He loves the colors and the different functions. He is old enough to figure out and remember how to use the timer, alarm, and stopwatch features, which are not very intuitive. I like that he can put it on himself (velcro), and that it's water resistant. The buttons are very stiff and hard to push, which I guess can be good because they don't get accidentally activated, but even as an adult I find them difficult to push.

My six year loves this watch (mostly for the indiglo), and it's made simply to take a beating from an active kid. The only short coming is the side button depression, which I believe requires too much pressure for small fingers. The front indiglo button pushes easily.
