Book Expo / Silver Linings in the Recession

6:28 PM PDT, May 25, 2009, updated at 3:20 AM PDT, September 4, 2009
I wrote and self-published my first book (on creativity) in September 1989. Since then I have never been to Book Expo. But this week I am on my way to New York to attend this exposition for the first time. I will also be attending the Author 101 University seminar run by Rick Frishman.

I have completed my latest E-book (in PDF format) called 101 Reasons to Love a Recession.

This E-book is designed to entertain people as well as show them the many silver linings in the current recession:

The E-book is available as a complimentary download at the following website:
Please feel free to share  101 Reasons to Love a Recession with your friends, clients, and co-workers. You can also post it on your website if you want.

Here is one of them:

New Cover for Career Success Without a Real Job

7:52 PM PDT, March 23, 2009, updated at 3:24 AM PDT, September 4, 2009
The image to the left depicts the revised front cover of Career Success Without a Real Success: The Career Book for People Too Smart to Work in Corporations.

This book is the revised edition of Real Success Without a Real Job.

The major difference in the revised edition is a completely new Chapter 7 (titled The Work Model for People Too Prosperous to Do Mornings) that deals with how to make money in ways that provide residual income for years. These are the four topics covered in Chapter 7:

1. The Unquestioned Quest for Corporate Success Is an Idiot’s Journey at Best
2. You Don’t Have to Be Able to Walk on Water to Make Money While You Sleep
3. Becoming an Internet Marketing Genius Is a Lot Easier than You Think
4. Do It Badly — But at Least Do It!

For many signs that you should be reading  Career Success Without a Real Success check out Career Success on Twitter.

I soon will have a free e-book called 101 Irrefutable Signs That You Just May Have to Read Career Success Without a Real Success
