Thanks for making the SEO Guide a best-seller; the response, reviews and sales to date have been beyond my expectations. I have also enjoyed the many notes from readers on improvements in their rankings (that is, after all, the acid test!) Can I ask you now for some help? Well, it's finished! The definitive guide to self-publishing eBooks. But heh, what a book to write! To research it was like a detective story! What a weird and convoluted market - and changing all the time...
