5.0 out of 5 stars As it turns out, Godzilla is a Teddy Bear., November 9, 2013
Darrell Fusaro's book makes me want to read more, lead more, and be more! Dang, I had no idea how such short and pithy stories could get me to think and feel so much. I love how I can capture and apply nuggets of wisdom by just absorbing the humorous illustrations; or reflecting on the funny, insightful stories...they can be consumed together or separately. This is one of the rare and perfect gift books that will appeal to everyone who wants to live a more inspired and enlightened life. I'll be ordering several as gifts for the Holiday Season! I Highly Recommend this book.

Sales Ethos: Building Long Term Client Value

5.0 out of 5 stars Breaks the Sales Myths, April 6, 2009
I am so glad an author has finally prepared a concise, yet thought-provoking book about the "sales process." Sales Ethos is void of regurgitated feel-good catch phrases--thank goodness. Dias' book breaks the myth that direct, hard-core "sales efforts" lead to long term success, and explains that success in sales goes beyond cold calls and is rooted in serving others. Particularly in today's economy, this is a must read for anyone remotely associated with sales.

The Rebel Rules: Daring to be Yourself in Business
The Rebel Rules: Daring to be Yourself in Business
by Chip Conley
Edition: Paperback
Price: $17.14

5.0 out of 5 stars Out of the park! A Home Run!, February 23, 2001
The Rebel Rules is one of the most captivating, enjoyable, and surprising business books I've read. It's a colorful, vivid look inside the making of a "fast company" and provides a road map for anyone who wants to step off the gray, soulless treadmill of the old-world biz model. Whether you're the owner or CEO of a company, an employee of a multi-national organization, or a counter-person at the corner deli, this book will change the way you think about your role in business--and life. Conley's abiltiy to clearly articulate the challenges and rewards of surving in business while the sharks are circling is refreshing. Whether or not you've followed Conley's success in the hospitality industry, this book is definetly a worthwhile read. The content and exercises beg the reader to challenge the norms--and themselves. The style is upbeat and optimistic. I've recommended dozens of business books and articles to my associates and the managers in my company this past year...The Rebel Rules moves to the top of the list! Conley's coaching trains us to keep our eye on the ball...and have fun along the way.
