Strict Black Leather . Black Spreader Bar with Cuffs . Unisex . By Manhood AcademyTM . Made in Us (Not Imported)

1.0 out of 5 stars Not even 16 inches, February 12, 2014
Verified Purchase(What's this?)
I don't know what they mean by saying that the bar measures 19 and 5/8 inches. Mine was 15 and 3/4. I thought the bar was pretty short to begin with considering its purpose but at not even 16 inches, there's not much spreading going on if any at all. If you're planning on using this as simply a hobbling restraint, maybe it would be a little better (maybe) but for actually spreading a person's legs, it's not happening. Additionally, the cuffs are clearly intended for wrists rather than ankles. They're too small for ankles. Even if this is intended to be used on wrists, it doesn't even keep your hands separated. It pretty much seems to be as functionally useful as any set of wrist restraints so what's the point of paying extra for the bar exactly?

5.0 out of 5 stars Just sorry I waited so long to get it., December 29, 2013

This thing sounds amazing and it's a perfect accessory for the Xoom. If you don't already have one of these, it's a waaaay better option for charging your Xoom than having to plug in a cord or have one dangling all the time. I got mine at a discount price and it was very worth it considering the sound quality, convenience, and added functionality as a clock/alarm clock/desktop video display for the Xoom. Definitely get one. Considering the going rate right now for both this thing and the Xoom itself, you really can't go wrong. The Xoom is a great tablet for the features it delivers and this thing is a must have accessory to complete the package.

4.0 out of 5 stars Could be just a bit more snug..., December 29, 2013

This is a great case compared to just about any other case out there for the price. There's no denying that. It's easy to put on, it's easy to take off. It gives full accessibility to all the ports and it's completely compatible with the docking station for the Xoom. The only complaint I have is that it's just slightly too loose around the middle of each side, particularly on the top and bottom. Apart from that it, adds virtually no weight and it's like night and day in terms of how comfortable and secure it feels when you hold the Xoom. I would highly recommend it to anyone who likes to hold the tablet without a more cumbersome, fold-over case to deal with. It doesn't protect the screen at all but it protects the rest and it pretty much eliminates the risk of having it slip out of your fingers (all things being equal).

MoKo BlueTooth Wireless Keyboard Cover Case for Google Nexus 10" (10-inch) Tablet by SAMSUNG, BLACK
MoKo BlueTooth Wireless Keyboard Cover Case for Google Nexus 10" (10-inch) Tablet by SAMSUNG, BLACK

5.0 out of 5 stars Gives it a full-fledged netbook functionality, December 29, 2013
Verified Purchase(What's this?)
I bought this for my wife who says she hates virtual keyboards and has always had a laptop. She was using (actually hardly ever using) an HP Touchpad before I got her the Nexus 10 but now, with this keyboard case, she uses her N10 constantly. She props it up on the kitchen table to look up recipes, do research, scan facebook, etc and has pretty much all the functionality she ever had using a laptop. The fact that it's give her touchscreen capability at the Nexus's 300+ ppi resolution, seals the deal for her and now she pretty much never uses the laptop except when she's at work. The keyboard connects effortlessly, stays in place and is very well designed for protecting the screen (recessed keys) and generally being subtle. The case and keyboard about double the weight of the whole package but, compared to a laptop or even a netbook, it's still much lighter. Some people might find the keys a little small but since it's essentially for a 10-inch netbook, that's understandable. For her, it's entirely functional. For a 'hunt & peck' typist, I can't imagine how it could get any better.

5.0 out of 5 stars Simply does what it's supposed to and does it well, December 29, 2013
Verified Purchase(What's this?)
I don't understand why there are so few competitors out there for a cable like this. It seems obvious to me that the cable that comes with the Wii U (at least the Skylanders package I bought) is woefully in adequate for playing and charging at the same time. If you have to plug it into an outlet behind your TV cabinet and pull it through, it gives you probably about 5 feet which, in my case puts you way too close to the TV (I've got a big TV). This thing doubles that length and makes it a much more comfortable prospect. You still have to sit in a video game chair in the middle of the living room to play and charge but the distance is much more comfortable. The fact that it has a splitter earns it the full 5 stars. I just tuck the slack behind the charging station when the control pad is charged and the wii-mote controllers in the charging station charge the whole time without interruption. Thanks GGG!

1.0 out of 5 stars Got a broken one?, December 25, 2013
I can't get this device to work at all. I have tried it on 3 separate Android devices and the behavior is the same. The devices can all see the flash drive with a strong wi-fi signal but when I tell the device to connect, it may or may not connect and if it does, it will be for less than 30 seconds. If it stays connected long enough to assign the flash drive to the preferred network (household wireless router), it sees the network and saves it as a preferred network but this doesn't change the behavior described above. The wireless functionality seems to be completely useless. I assume it's broken? Am I doing something wrong? The only thing that appears to function correctly is to work as a usb flash drive, although I haven't bothered with actually testing that. When I plug it into a computer, it does see it as a drive and I can see the folder but I haven't actually copied anything onto it to then access. There didn't seem to be much point if I'm going to return the device. Very disappointing and extremely frustrating.

5.0 out of 5 stars Positives far outweigh any negatives, May 4, 2013

This review is from: Paper Galaxy (App)
I don't understand why all the negative reviewers are so annoyed with this app, especially today when you can get it for free. It is a delightful game and a lot of fun and very addictive. It runs very smoothly on my motorola xoom and it's the kind of game that you could see yourself watching a little one on your lap play as you watch over their shoulder it's really that delightful and it's really worth a try. If it's not for you that's fine but I would never discourage anyone from checking out this game it's really great and its not at all confusing to learn how to play. If you give it a try you'll see what I mean. The object is that you play as a moon going from one planet's orbit to another planet and you just tap to go from one planet to the other. There are stars in orbit around each planet that you collect as you orbit the planet. Within two taps you figure out the whole idea behind the game

I like it. It's basically a 16 bit, motion controlled, Space Invaders type shooter with upgrade elements like what you see in Breakout. Simple, fun, addictive, and rewarding. Perfect for a few minutes of good fun at a time on your phone.

3.0 out of 5 stars Fun game, very relaxing., July 5, 2012

This review is from: Rope Rescue (App)
This is a very cute and relaxing game, particularly for kids. I've only done the first few puzzles but it appears that the focus is not on IF you solve the puzzle, but how well you solve it. This makes the game pretty addictive and not at all discouraging. I could see young kids being entertained by this app for hours.

5.0 out of 5 stars An elegant piece of work., January 8, 2011
As I read through this book, particularly the experiences and principles that brought it about, I couldn't help but be amazed that with all of the military development that's gone on in the US, these logical and sound considerations were not already embedded in the system. The US seems to have the most sophisticated fighting force on earth so how do we manage to overlook the pragmatic considerations behind physical engagements in full gear? This book, in principle as much as practice should be taken as an important tool by soldiers everywhere when it comes down to close order combat with a deadly enemy on a battlefield. It's impressive how the author effectively demonstrates that when it comes to face to face conflict in full military gear, the practical considerations would appear to be immune to the passage of time and development of technology.

As I said in the title, this is an elegant piece of work, succinctly stating its case and then visually demonstrating all the techniques involved in the practical application. If I had any criticism to offer it would be that, as short as the book is I'm surprised that there are some editing errors with regard to the occasional missing word or an improper ordering of the words in a sentence. It's nothing that gets in the way of the intended purpose, but for a book that can basically be read in one or two sittings, I would think the editor could have avoided these mistakes.
