5.0 out of 5 stars Best keyboard case for the iPad Air...same as using a laptop., August 7, 2014
Verified Purchase(What's this?)
This is an excellent Bluetooth keyboard case for the iPad Air - the first that I've used that actually functions as a case (not just a keyboard), and looks good doing it.

This case really offers functionality, style, protection, and portability. I spent the better part of two days doing email and web browsing from ONLY my iPad with this keyboard, and really felt like it added a new dimension to my iPad use without seeming cumbersome. This keyboard actually bridges the gap between the convenience of a tablet and the versatility of a laptop.

Favorite pluses: keyboard charges via micro USB (as opposed to sucking up batteries), great protection for the iPad without adding too much bulk, can type in landscape or portrait, multiple angles, solid keyboard performance, lightweight for a keyboard case.

5.0 out of 5 stars The Limir Dual Purpose stylus NT62B is a really great product. It feels heavy in the hand, July 29, 2014
Verified Purchase(What's this?)
The Limir Dual Purpose stylus NT62B is a really great product. It feels heavy in the hand, and well made, unlike other pen styluses i have tried. it has a ball point pen that writes well. it is kind of hard to fit the ink refill back in, but that is not a big deal breaker. The sylus is also long enough to be able to write and not feel awkward. The best thing about this stylus is the micro knit steel tip. Using it on my iPad is like not even using a stylus. It was just as smooth and responsive as my own hand. This is a great stylus for students that use a tablet in class; as to not have to switch between pen and stylus. I work in a place that does electronic signatures, and this is a great stylus to mimic that "pen to paper" feel.

5.0 out of 5 stars Great for charging a tablet and phone on the go, July 29, 2014
Verified Purchase(What's this?)
Excellent wall charger - handles 2 devices at once, with one of the 2 USB ports acting as a 2A source for iPads and other tablets (although a phone can be plugged in here too). I charged an iPad Air, Samsung Galaxy S3, and iPhone 5s with this, and it performed great.

It's going into the travel bag as my go-to charger, replacing all of the old wall-warts. The New Trent dual-USB charger has a nice compact shape, and feels pretty solid. The small size makes it easy to pack in a laptop case or a travel bag. The folding prong is a nice detail, one that sometimes gets over looked when you are looking for a well priced item. I would recommend the charger to any that travels with multiple devices.

5.0 out of 5 stars Excellent and sleek car charger, June 9, 2014
Verified Purchase(What's this?)
My issues with car chargers in general:
- they're ugly and ruin the decor in the car
- the cables go in all directions
- they don't charge the phone during heavy use (phone + gps).

This car charger is the exception. It's good looking, has the ports next to each other but not too close (so my cables go in the same direction), and it's HIGH POWER - on both outlets. It charges my iPad, iPhone, GS3 - whatever I can throw at it.

It's my new daily charger, and the old one is going in my travel bag.

5.0 out of 5 stars Great stylus pack for travel, June 9, 2014
Verified Purchase(What's this?)
This is a great set of 2 styluses. I use them on my iPad regularly (filling out forms), and my kids love to draw on their apps as well. The styluses are shorter than normal length, and are perfect for travel or stowing in a bag. They are high quality and work great. The mesh tip is soft and writes beautifully on the screen - I was concerned about scratching, but have had no issue. Strongly recommend them.

5.0 out of 5 stars Perfect travel battery pack for phones or tablets, March 21, 2013
Verified Purchase(What's this?)
I recently received the NewTrent ChargePak NT600C, and after having less than stellar experiences with off-market battery packs, this device is now the only one I'll use.

The device is compact and solid, and travels well - it feels like it can take a bit of banging up in a bag and still function fine.

The 2 built-in USB ports cover your phone and tablet needs, but the real beauty is the built-in microUSB plug. So you really don't need anything else while traveling. I used it to charge my Galaxy S3, and it charged the phone twice before running out of juice. This will be a lifesaver on long trips.

The 4 status LEDs quickly give you the battery level on the device, while another A/C LED lets you know that the power pack is plugged in and charging. A standard 2-prong plug folds out of the device so you can plug it right into the wall.

If I were to nitpick - the NT600C sits perpendicular to the wall (the plug is on the long side), rather than flush with it. This can be a problem if plugging into a tight spot. Would love to see a swiveling or rotating plug in a future model.

If you need to charge 2 or 3 devices at a time, or just a single device multiple times - get this one. You won't be disappointed.

5.0 out of 5 stars Best car charger I've used for Galaxy S III, March 14, 2013
Verified Purchase(What's this?)
Use the charger most often when I travel and rent cars. The small profile is great for travel, and the LEDs remind me to grab the charger before returning the car. The S III uses a ton of battery when navigating, and this charger is one of the few that can keep pace. Would love to see a longer cord included, but thankfully any micro-USB cord works, and the phone still recognizes it as AC charging. Strongly recommended.

1.0 out of 5 stars CAREFUL - RATINGS ARE INCORRECT!, March 19, 2010
The description states that this is a 13amp cord - but it is only 10amp!! It says so on the product packaging, as well as the manufacturer's item description page (item 02309, 100ft 16/3):
[...].

BE VERY CAREFUL when plugging into heavy electrical devices!

1.0 out of 5 stars Looks great, but not well thought out, June 19, 2009
Picked this up at J&R for my uncle, who's a truck driver. He gave me his feedback and I returned in a few days.

Here's why:
Pros -
- Functions just like a Garmin - easy to use
- NAVTEQ maps are the best - he said it had roads that PC Miler never heard of
- multiple vehicle profiles

Cons -
- The speaker was awful - he said even with the window closed, you couldn't hear the thing at ALL. So you had to watch the screen for every turn. This also rendered the Bluetooth connection useless as you can't hear the caller.
- Can't avoid a specific road (!) The GPS sometimes put him on highways that were not ideal, and there's no way to tell it NOT to use that road.
- When using the dash mount, the GPS signal was not great. It worked fine in my car, but in my uncle's truck the dash was apparently too far from the window to see the satellites. It would need an external antenna.

Some of these things we could live with, but the speaker and road avoidance were deal breakers. I'm looking at other options, so should you.

5.0 out of 5 stars great for my apartment, June 16, 2009
I bought two of these and they're great in my studio - I have one in the bedroom and one in the kitchen. You can charge 3 phones at once, so it's good for my personal phone + work Blackberry + iPod. When you use the USB ports, the light goes off when your phone is fully charged, a nice touch.

In the kitchen, I usually just put up the iPod and speakers - the iPod (Touch) stands nicely on the rubberized grip so I can see the album covers while playing music, or watch a TV show.

I am getting another one for my girlfriend. I highly recommend these little guys.
