Order arrived quickly, shirt is really soft, the design is really cool. The only thing that keeps it from getting five stars is the screenprint on the shirt feels a little cheap, like it's an iron on or something similar.

This review is from: Sedaris (Paperback)
This book reads like the Cliff's Notes version of the David Sedaris collection. For someone who is a long time fan of Sedaris, and has read all of his books numerous times this book offered little insight into the author that I hadn't gathered already from his own writing. Kopelson uses excerpts from Sedaris's books, and also paraphrases much of his work throughout this book. There is also the random comparisons to Marcel Proust and numerous excerpts from that authors work as well, long sections that distract the reader from an already difficult book. If you are a fan of Sedaris, or just getting into the author, stick with his own work. Nothing compares.

5.0 out of 5 stars freedom of speech is for everybody, not just for people who agree., January 18, 2007
This was an amazing documentary showcasing not only the extreme backlash this talented band experienced following the infamous quote against the President, but it also offers a rare glimpse into the band's personal lives and the making of one of the best albums of the year. The girls are honest, funny, and amazingly strong in the wake of the London concert, and if I wasn't a fan before I certainly would be after seeing this film.

One of the best documentaries this year, and a must see for any fan of talented musicians and the first amendment.
