5.0 out of 5 stars Love it!, March 12, 2015
Verified Purchase(What's this?)
The MMPR Green and White Rangers were always my ultimate favorite from the series and I am happy to be a proud owner of this Legacy Dragonzord. The Legacy Dragonzord can be combined with both the 2010 original re-release of the Megazord as well as the 2013 Legacy Megazord. I am actually excited that I don't have to go out and buy the Legacy Megazord and can be content with the Megazord I already have. Thank you Bandia for this awesome Dragonzord!

4.0 out of 5 stars Taylor Swift - 1989 Target Exclusive Deluxe Edition album review, December 26, 2014
This is actually the first album by Taylor Swift since her debut album, where I have actually liked all the songs instantly. This 80's pop inspired album will have you grooving to the beat on almost every song and if not you can definitely relate to a lot of what she says in the album. If I had to pick a favorite song from the album though I would have to say it would be "Out of the Woods" with "Shake It Off" coming in close second and "Welcome to New York" in third place. After that it is hard to place the remaining thirteen track in order because they are all so good.

Now as far as the bonus voice memos are concerned I really didn't care for them, I mean it is cool to hear the starting stages of the songs but I personally would have preferred acoustic versions or demo versions of select songs like we got with Speak Now and Red. With that being said I give the album four out of five stars.

Stand out songs: "Out of the Woods", "Shake It Off", "Welcome to New York", "Blank Space" "All You Had to Do Was Stay", "Bad Blood" "Wildest Dreams", "I Know Places", "Style"

1. Welcome to New York

4.0 out of 5 stars Love the show., December 10, 2014
I don't understand how people can say that Family Guy is on its way out the door because if that were true the death of Brian Griffin would not have had the big reaction it did. It would have been no big deal what so ever. I don't personally care about the fact that they changed from volume to season on this one as it is season twelve after all and volumes eleven and twelve had seasons 10 and 11 on them. So I don't think it is a big deal. Plus the whole splitting seasons onto multiple volumes was really a dumb idea anyway so I am glad they are going back to having seasons on volumes like they did with volumes one and two which had seasons one, two and three on them and then after that they started separating the seasons so just be glad we got another full season instead of half of one and then have to wait on the second half. Also the reason I am giving this four stars instead of five is cause I bought this and had to return it because the first one I got the DVD was not burnt properly and skipped on the first episode and had censored episodes. The new one I have still has a burning issue but plays through fine and is uncensored but I give four the bad manufacturing process on the disc.

5.0 out of 5 stars The long awaited remakes of Ruby and Sapphire are finally here!, November 23, 2014
Honestly I must say I am impressed with all the new updates they have done and all the new Mega evolutions and Groudon & Kyogre's new forms. I have played these games since Red and Blue and have been in the Hoenn Region before and it looks way better then it did back on the GBA system. I love the DexNav feature it makes finding even the hardest to find Pokémon a lot easier. This was honestly worth the long wait. So be sure to get Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire.

3.0 out of 5 stars Mr. Peabody & Sherman movie review., November 19, 2014
I wouldn't call it great but I wouldn't call it awful either, I would say it is somewhere in the middle. It's cute that much is sure, I could watch it more then once. I am actually at a loss for words here as I cannot really describe in words the film's all out standing in my personal opinion.

I give it three out of five stars.

1.0 out of 5 stars What have they done to Sailor Moon?, November 12, 2014
I actually refuse to buy this because I have never supported a redub of Sailor Moon, nor have I supported it uncut. Sailor Moon was an anime that was drug over to the US back in the 90s to compete with the male oriented show, MMPR (Mighty Morphin Power Rangers) as a girl version of that show and so was geared towards that young audience. Now besides the issues that people have already complained about with the whole video issues and ghosting, etc. the redub issues are a complete slap in the face to many American fans who wanted Terri Hawkes to return as the voice of Serena (or Usagi sorry I use the proper American names). That's disrespectful and the fact that Naoko Takeuchi disrespected her American fan base by choosing very horrible voice actors to redub this. Shoot had Terri Hawkes returned I may have considered buying this regardless of the horrible uncut version and restore of names. The other issue I have with this is I cannot share this childhood memory with my niece because my sister believes the show to be highly inappropriate for her daughter and she would be right if DiC and Cloverway had not dubbed it and censored it back in the 90s but this uncut version only proves her point as there is not only restoration of lost scenes such as the death of the Sailor Guardians in the last episodes of the first season (which I could have lived with that being restored) but there is also child pornography in this, and I dare anyone to say there's not as Serena is what 14-15 years old in the entirety of the series and by US laws child pornograpy is wrong, immoral, disgusting and illegal, which makes me wonder what the hell Viz Media was smoking by not at least censoring the nudity/partial nudity? I think we could all be mature enough to get over a brief censor of such things as nudity/partial nudity. (How did this get by the FCC?)

Also lets get into false advertising, now the thing says we get episodes uncut and redubbed but that should mean that we also get the option to see it as it originally aired in the US but you don't so I don't appreciate false advertisement, which if you read the back it says "for the first time on Blu-ray uncut and remastered! This stunning limited edition set includes an all-new English dub..." All of that points to the box set having the original dub on it but it doesn't and I personally hate things that have false advertisements on them.

5.0 out of 5 stars Taylor Swift - Shake It Off song review, November 6, 2014
As far as the the lead single for Taylor Swift's upcoming album, 1989, goes, "Shake It Off" I think it is actually a pretty good song and great advice cause when you think about it people are going to do what they are going to do whether you like it or not so you may as well just "shake it off" and I love how she plays that off on her own personal life to give her fans some great advice. Swift's album is set to be out in stores on October 27, 2014 and when pre-ordered through her official site fans are automatically entered into a sweepstakes, which she is calling a "Swiftstakes" to win a chance to see the artist in concert as well as a chance to meet her in her upcoming tour for the new album. Be sure to download the new single from iTunes. Five out of five stars.

3.0 out of 5 stars LeAnn Rimes - One Christmas: Chapter 1 EP review, November 6, 2014
I been meaning to review this but I somehow forgot about it so here is the review finally.

It isn't a bad EP I just wasn't impressed with it. I loved Rimes' rendition of "Silent Night" and "I Want a Hippopotamus for Christmas" is okay but Rimes' rendition of "Blue Christmas" was just awful, I was not impressed with her version of this classic song. The remaining three tracks were okay, just didn't really have an impression on me. But that's just me.

I give this EP three out of five stars.

5.0 out of 5 stars Maleficent movie review, November 6, 2014
WARNING: THIS REVIEW CONTAINS SPOILERS!

I must say I was absolutely impressed with this film. When I heard of them making this movie I was a bit skeptic at first wondering how they were going to take this iconic Disney villain into the titular character and make a movie revolving around her but they did an excellent job. I am glad they went with the original Brother Grimms Sleeping Beauty and changed Malificent back into a fairy and gave her a more lighter and happier ending then you see in the original Disney classic. It is basically a back story and a retelling of it. I will say had they not turned Malificent into a fairy the film probably would not have succeeded as it did.

According to the movie the film tells the story of a young Maleficent who falls in love with the human boy and future king and father of Aurora, Stefan, who's ambitions to be ruler lead him to betray Maleficent by taking her wings from her and causing the chain of events that leads Maleficent to curse the newborn princess with her infamous fate. However in this new twist we see that Maleficent takes to the child as she is being raised by the three fairies, Flora, Fauna and Merryweather and inevitably tries to put an end to her curse. The film also takes from the 53 animated feature Frozen and again instead of true loves kiss being what saves the young princess, it is the mother-daughter bond between Maleficent and Aurora, who has taken to calling Maleficent her Fairy Godmother. I will not go any further into detail of the film, if you want to find out how this fully plays out you will have to watch it to find out.

I also want to take this time to add her that I think they did an excellent job casting Angelina Jolie in this iconic role. That being said I give the film five out of five stars.
