1.0 out of 5 stars Animal fats are NOT essential, May 26, 2011
How is this book radical and against the grain when it's touting conventional beliefs that are not challenges by main stream meat-based economies as radically different or correct??

If you actually read anything about nutrition, you'll find that vegetarian and vegan diets not only fuel your body and nourish you better, but they help you stay healthier longer. Even growing children can eat these diets.

it's just harder than meat because meat is what all the bg companies want tyou to buy because it's what they sell.
You have to actually READ and LEARN about food, not in books like this, that tell you what that meat is essential when that system is broken.

Local meats, if you want them are safer and filled with less poisons and animal cruelty than mass meat.
But why even bother?

When there are FREE resources out there:
[...]

If you want to buy something that tells you what you already know so you can ignore the growing problems in our diets, then sure, by this book or others that spread the lie that meat is essential to human diet.

If you want your tastebuds back out of the coma they're in from fat, salt, sugar and chemicals, try something else.

1.0 out of 5 stars disgusting, February 24, 2011
If Christian women are happy in the tiny box that 1960's America was putting them in, then that's great for them. Don't put that on the women who are equal, powerful, NOT CHRISTIAN, and human just like men.

Free yourself from a man-centric world, it doesn't have to be that way, and no one, not even something called "god" should tell you to be less than you are or less than you want to be.

5.0 out of 5 stars Best case for the DSi XL, June 13, 2010
= Fun:5.0 out of 5 stars

It took a very long time to get the Wine color, almost a month.
But it was totally worth the wait.

This is seriously the best case for an adult DS owner. It's stylish, goes well with Black or Burgundy DSi XLs.
It's roomy. The person who said that it was too cramped for the console was so wrong. It's well protected and snugly fits in the bottom half, while 8 games, plus, my poke-walker, my camera battery charger, my usb flash drive, and some other random pre-order game supplies and charge cable fit in the top.

Totally worth the money. I hate cases that don't hold all my game as well as protect the DS.
This is the quintessential case for this generation DS.

And wine is the best color to get it in!
