5.0 out of 5 stars Fine presentation, January 29, 2016
Donald Trump presented a formidable account of his thought-pattern and the motivations that made him what he is today, especially in the trade he excels in, which is the real-estate world. And everything starts from the way he was raised and how he looked at the world while growing up. It is a mold or template that can be used anywhere after carefully figuring out the settings we find ourselves in. I have seen it in books like "Disciples of Fortune", "Peter The Great", "The Godfather" where characters forged a new path into legends.

5.0 out of 5 stars A great and fascinating read from a mind that was not ..., December 7, 2015
A great and fascinating read from a mind that was not only brilliant, but visionary as well, a mind dedicated to a better destiny for a people who were suffering and oppressed not only where they had been whisked off to, but even in their motherland where they were being exploited. It is a vision seen in Josef Nana Njike in the book "Disciples of Fortune". The amazing thing is that Marcus Garvey articulated it so well. His is a rallying work for blacks of all works of life and in all places. And in a way, it is a rally call for humanity.

5.0 out of 5 stars Deep, October 8, 2015
A highly recommended read for those who know or want to know more about the worst nuclear accident in history, especially from those closely involved either. The insightful accounts give this book a great deal of credibility and expose the reader to the Soviet Union , Ukraine, Russia and Belarus in an intimate way. Like the voices in the books The Union Moujik, The Master and the Margarita, the people in this book come alive with alacrity.

Price: $14.99

5.0 out of 5 stars Captivating, July 30, 2015
"Code of Conduct" is one of the most enjoyable books I ever read recently. What particularly got me going and going was the depth the author gave to the major characters as well as some of the minor ones. which he brilliantly knitted with a fascinating plot. The style is uncommon, seen in the thrillers "Triple Agent Double Cross" , "The Sins of the Father".A must read for true thriller readers.

5.0 out of 5 stars Deep and moving, July 20, 2015
A smooth flowing account written with a deep insight that is inspiring. Reminds me of Anton Chekhov's letter to his brother Nikolai and Joseph Nana's account to his son Hans in the historical saga Disciples of Fortune. Accounts like these that jolt us out of our comfort zones as unquestioning consumers of narratives that do not lead us to the truth, to thinkers, analysts of the world we live in and seekers of the truth aimed at finding harmony; enrich our lives and help us to become better human beings in a world where truth often gets twisted.

5.0 out of 5 stars Thrilling, March 25, 2015
I couldn't stop after I started reading this book. The story is enriched by a gripping plot that comes with twists and turns that keeps a reader anticipating all the time. Also, it comes with a set of characters that worked magic in building up the psychological thrill. The writing style is first class and the setting real to life. It is a perfect combination, which I am beginning to see as a frequent style in novels today in such novels as Triple Agent Double Cross, and Gray Mountain. Would definitely read it again.

5.0 out of 5 stars A perfect read, March 17, 2015
This review is from: NYPD Red 3 (Kindle Edition)
An excellently written piece with great characters and a plot to kill for. The first page drew me in and kept me engaged all the way to the end. It was a marathon read, that's true, but an enjoyable one at that. James Patterson's partner Marshall Karp has a very engaging writing style and it looks like the two working together makes a perfect combination. The depth of the story brings to mind Janvier Chando's Triple Agent Double Cross. One thing for sure: NYPD Red 3 is going to stay on the bestseller list for a long while.

5.0 out of 5 stars A recommended read, February 8, 2015
This review is from: Terrorist: A Novel (Paperback)
John Updike’s “Terrorist” is a masterful depiction of the life of a young man caught in a circle full of intrigues he never really gets to understand. Rather unfortunately, he commits himself to the futile path. In many ways he mirrors the character of Raskolnikov in Crime and Punishment, or Gavin in Triple Agent, Double Cross. A must read for those who are trying to get a better grasp of today's “Man of Terror”, who abound in the tons of extremist groups out there in our world.

4.0 out of 5 stars Mind-stirring, January 23, 2015
A fascinating insight on the problem of man, drugs, attachment and addiction, and the workability of the different approaches. All the same, I go for what is the norm. It is like any other twisted link to things, people or ideas. Reading "Terror, Brainwash, Rue" and "The War We Never Fought" proved to be helpful, among other resources.
