Mike has been able to distill the sales process into 42 rules that creates productivity immediately. As a seasoned sales manager focused on building out Corporate Sales Teams for start-up and public companies I am focused on building sales process, sales skills and sales execution. This is a book in a class by itself, as it provides the very process that is repeatable. It provides the foundation which makes my job easier when bringing in new reps and refreshing the seasoned ones. I am always looking for something to help the sales teams I build be more productive and Mike has captured that ability one rule at a time! Bravo Mike! I highly recommend 42 Rules to Increase Sales Effectiveness if you want to significantly impact your sales teams performance.
