3.0 out of 5 stars Okay for the money, December 19, 2012
Verified Purchase(What's this?)
got this today....1 of the 5 lights is very weak. actually useless. but the other 4 are fine. there is no slot to fit the screwdriver but i got the lens off anyway. it is worth the money (barely). my other light is a planet bike flasher. much better build quality....but also more expensive. if this will be your primary.....get the planet bike one. this will be my backup light.

I'll keep this review short. BUY THESE SPEAKERS !!
Awesome. I can't imagine Bose or anyone else's speakers sounding any better.

4.0 out of 5 stars It is what it is, September 29, 2012
Verified Purchase(What's this?)
I bought this to listen to books on mp3. For that it works fine. I'm no audiophile.....but for music....forget it.
Yes i am taking into consideration the size and the price. But even so....it does not cut it. I doubt any other brands would do any better. Maybe BT headphones would be better....they certainly couldn't be worse. In speakers.....size really does matter.

Edit: I let the speaker "burn in" for 16 hrs. It seems much better now. So i am raising my stars from 3 to 4 stars. Now its acceptable on music which for its size and price you cant expect Bose quality.

1.0 out of 5 stars Not for Win 7, July 26, 2012
Verified Purchase(What's this?)
Does not work on Win 7. my old one from media link works but it is not very powerful ....guess i'll stick with that...... alfa is a piece of junk.

Update:
found something on Amazon that works well with Win 7....its called TP-LINK model 722N. It boosted my signal 3X

5.0 out of 5 stars Great scanner for ME, March 3, 2012
Verified Purchase(What's this?)
Bought this to pick up Ham bands and civilian aircraft. Very good reception....loud audio.....easy to operate. It does what its supposed to do. Its a bit bigger than the bearcat 72xlt....but that's good! with 4 AA batteries it lasts 2x longer than the bearcat and is louder (if you need it).

5.0 out of 5 stars Outstanding sound quality....plus a TIP re: volume and playlist, February 26, 2011
Verified Purchase(What's this?)
i'll keep it short. the clipit+ approaches audiofile territory....its that good. get some decent earbuds for $15-20 and enjoy.

TIP if the volume is too low(which it was on mine) go to settings...factory reset....pick USA....set volume for high. voila....now it will blow your eardrums out at full volume. BTW, doing a factory reset will NOT affect your music...it will still be there

TIP want to create playlists EASILY? create some folders on your desktop and label them re: jazz hip hop etc. next, copy the songs you want into the folders...don't use move....use copy! open up the folder named playlist on the clipit. drag the desktop folders into the clipit playlist folder. you should now have say 4 or 5 folders in there. next...right click on each clipit folder and select "create playlist" name it the same as the folder. you should now have 2 things called jazz (or whatever) one will be the folder and the other will be the icon jazz.pla.

important the icon must be OUTSIDE the folder it points to. if you dont see the playlist folders on the clipit...switch from MSC to MTP (or vice versa). also...they may be under "folder" and not "playlist.

5.0 out of 5 stars works fine, January 4, 2011
i downloaded it off steam onto a windows 7 rig. it ran fine for me right away. its also a fun game to play....not quite as good as medieval: total war...but still a good buy for me. much better than Civ V that's for sure.
