5.0 out of 5 stars Great value 'phones, although with a few minor flaws, December 5, 2014
Verified Purchase(What's this?)
Great cans - The bass is good, the low end drops off a bit and there's a slight mid-bass hump, but it feels clean, punchy, and taut otherwise. The mids are clear and the instrument separation is great. However, some higher pitched female vocals can sound recessed and quiet at times, although this is only a minor concern. The highs are clear and crisp, although a bit more subtle than some cans I've heard, as the high end rolls off a bit early for my taste. The soundstage isn't particularly wide, but seems precise and has a very clear sense of space.
My favorite part about these headphones is that they sound great for almost any type of music. My old cans, Grado SR-60i's, were brilliant with rock, acoustic and folk music, but were lacking in the electronic and hip hop departments. On the other hand, I have used my friend's Audio-Technica M50's, which sounded great with electronic, but sounded flat and congested and lacked detail with any guitar driven songs. These are neutral enough to pull off almost any genre - guitars are clear and open, and heavy bass lines are punchy and fun.
The headphones themselves are nice, too. Construction is mainly plastic, but it's thick, high quality plastic that has a nice texture and finish to it. Everything feels well put together, and they are comfortable, although the pads are a thick leatherette that is a bit firmer than it could be. I haven't had a chance to try the velour pads, but they might be worth checking out if you wear headphones for hours on end. My favorite part honestly is the removable cables. I bought these because my SR-60's (RIP) had the left side cut out, and my DIY cable job ended up melting the drivers, as the only way to separate the plastic is to either dip them in boiling water or use a heat gun on them. But when (if) the cable cuts out, it's a matter of replacing it, instead of buying a whole new pair of headphones. The cable on the k240's does seem a bit thin and flimsy, by the way, so if you can embrace the extra cash and hideous color scheme of the MK. II's over the Studio's, it might be a good time to splurge.
These headphones have some flaws, but for the absurdly low price, these are a great value. They beat out $200+ cans without batting an eye. If you're a headphone junkie, these are a must-have. And if you're a newbie who has been using iPod earbuds, Skullcandies, or Beats all of your life, you will be utterly shocked at the sound of these things. Also keep in mind that an amp is helpful - they sound fine on their own, but the bass and soundstage stand out a bit more with a good amp. I have a Topping NX1 which is quite nice, and also recommended.

5.0 out of 5 stars Great quality and value, October 9, 2014
Verified Purchase(What's this?)
Fit perfectly on my Spectra 5. It came with the bulb already installed - just plug in the terminal and bolt it in the place of the old taillight. It perfectly matches the OEM light as well, I can't tell the difference between this light and the stock light on the passenger side.

2.0 out of 5 stars Cracked near bridge, October 23, 2013
Verified Purchase(What's this?)
These glasses looked and fit very well. But less than three days after getting them, a crack in the plastic frame near the bridge had formed. The glasses still held together, though. Only a few days later, another crack on the other side of the glasses occurred, this time near one of the bolts that holds the lens/metal/plastic frame together. I had never dropped them, sat on them, etc. They cracked all on their own. Two stars because they look nice, fit well, and have metal hinges.

This knife is very well built. The handle is shaped well and fits in your hand nicely. The blade is about 3" long, very sharp, and it's quite thick, with no play. The speedsafe system works very well. However, it's a very thick and heavy knife. Also, it's very obvious and easy to see when its clipped on your pocket. If you don't mind the size, this is a good knife for the price.

5.0 out of 5 stars Great camera, January 12, 2013
Verified Purchase(What's this?)
This is a great camera for the money. It takes great pictures, even when i was using a nikon lens with an adapter. It is also very well made. I got into photography after taking a class, and we had canon 30d's. This camera actually feels more solid and well built than the newer 30d's. The only problem is that you can't use EF-S lenses, only EF. Other than that, its a great camera for a beginner.

3.0 out of 5 stars Decent, November 29, 2012
These are an improvement over the old ipod earbuds. but these still arent good. the bass is ok, not great, somewhat punchy. the mids are muddy and imprecise. the highs are not good. these are fine if you dont care about sound quality or headphones that stand out or look unique. these are better than the old ones, but still not good

2.0 out of 5 stars crap, August 6, 2012
This review is from: FSA Vero Crankset Compact (Sports)
this came stock on my gt series 4 bike. the paint on the arm comes off easily, and the chainrings are bent so that no matter how i adjust the front derailleur, the chain grinds. if your going to buy a crankset for your bike, i would splurge a little bit and get a shimano 105 crank

4.0 out of 5 stars nice headphones, March 10, 2012
these are great headphones. the sound quality is awesome for headphones of this price. some people said that the headphones are uncomfortable, but i think that they are just fine in comfort. the only problem is that they feel kinda plastic-y and dont seem to be made of the greatest materials.

5.0 out of 5 stars good sunglasses, January 8, 2012
Verified Purchase(What's this?)
These sunglasses are great for the price. i tried a couple of pairs of real ray bans in a sunglasses hut and these are pretty close to those. im glad i didnt spend $100+ bucks for a real pair and got these. these do just as good as a pair of ray bans at shielding the sun, and if you lose these you wont freak out
