I don't understand... why BARELY ANYONE... has written ANY kind of review for this awesome product!!! Why don't people give up on Turtle Beaches and Tritton and try Sharkoon X-Tatic SP!?!? If the brand is more popular than the other brands would you buy it JUST because it's a popular brand? Heck NO!!! This product has so MUCH potential, but not many people know about Sharkoon. Here are my thoughts on the Sharkoon X-Tatic SPs...
-Extremely slick, sexy design.
-Comfortable. I even wear glasses when I play with them on...(I know that's pretty stupid). Solid, puffy padding.
-Light weight yet durable.
-The cup is twistable so that it can rest on your neck.
-Sound quality. Amazing! When I first tried them on... I thought it really was surround sound, but no, it's stereo.
-Mic. Awesome! Perfect. Sound quality is great! It even has a twistable feature that makes it locks into your headset so that the mic is secured in place.
-Cord. The cord is long.
-Simple to setup. (Took me less than 5 minutes, for the PS3. It looks like it'll take maybe a little longer for Xbox 360 users because you have an extra cord to plug in).
-Game Sound/Mic Control. 2 words... Simply Perfect.
-It does have a slight hissing noise in the background, but you won't notice it when you talk with your friends or if you turn up the game volume a little bit up.
-It is not sound proof, in other words, if there is a party going on around you, you'll still hear the party while you game.
-If you want a cheap, great quality headset that can do basically what the other leading brands' headsets can do +BETTER attributes, go get these. NOW.
-I don't know much about the 5.1 surround sound headsets from Sharkoon, but it looks better, but it costs a lot more. SO basically, these headsets are economy-friendly.

There is an easy fix for the hissing sound... You just need to up the mic volume to max... then "Poof no hissing..." The reason why I hear hissing sounds are because the headset is muting the sounds of other people talking.
