Good post-Katrina NOLA/musician stories, GREAT music, very good ensemble cast. For my tastes, best TV series EVER!

4.0 out of 5 stars Ride your bike and fall in love again (and save the world), March 7, 2016
Verified Purchase(What's this?)
This review is from: Bicycle (Amazon Video)
Not enough good can be said about the bicycle, humanity's most benign and efficient technology. In particular, the utilitarian benefits of cycling e.g, cargo bikes (longtails, bakfiets, etc.) could have been given more attention, as lack of practical carrying capacity for groceries and kiddies, etc together with the scarcity of safe (separated) bike lanes are major impediments to broader acceptance - if not a revolution in urban transportation -which could simultaneously reduce pollution and traffic congestion, improve individual and family health, dramatically reduce diabetes and heart disease, and in general make cities vastly more livable. 5.0 out of 5 stars excellent value, September 13, 2014
Verified Purchase(What's this?)
Good light, good price, good customer follow-up. Lamp tends to rotate down a bit on my handlebars when I go over bumps - sure that could be remedied by a bit of tape under it for additional stickion. Lamp/clamp has no L/R adjustment, but maybe could be remedied by a couple of diagonal \\ tape wraps under the band clamp. Can't comment on battery life yet, as it's still new, but I've run it a couple of hours over the past few weeks and only charged it initially.

One possible improvement would be longer velcro on the battery retaining strap so it would secure better if wrapped around a thin stem. I bundle the excess looped cable under the strap to take up some strap slack so the F/M velcro will align. There's *just* enough battery cable length to allow seat bag placement, but not long enough for my rear pannier placement - not a show stopper for me.

Overall, very happy with this purchase.

2.0 out of 5 stars OK brush but too short handle, May 5, 2014
Verified Purchase(What's this?)
Due to the angle of bristles relative to handle, a 14" or longer handle would save your knuckles a lot of banging against pot being cleaned.

5.0 out of 5 stars my go to, December 29, 2013
Verified Purchase(What's this?)
You wouldn't think a few more percent (70%) content chocolate and less sugar would make that much difference, but it does, both in intensity of flavor and velvety smooth mouth feel... and it melts slower to savor longer. Almost none of this brick makes it to baked goods around here. Just so good to nibble and a little goes a long way. YMMV

3.0 out of 5 stars huge heel, November 8, 2013
Verified Purchase(What's this?)
I really wanted to like these. They run about a half size large, have huge heels, and were too tight across my high instep. The rubber toe cap no doubt adds protection, but at the expense of comfort - It rubbed the sides of my big toes. I think they'd be great for an E wide, mid-low volume/instep foot with really wide heels that usually take a 10.5.

4.0 out of 5 stars bargain made usable by DIY earhook, April 14, 2010
Verified Purchase(What's this?)
I got this because I was tired of my bluetooth earpiece loosing connection all the time. As other reviewers noted, this thing does not stay in your ear. I fixed that by braiding two long twisties into a DIY "earhook". That simple addition rendered this bargain priced headset completely functional.

3.0 out of 5 stars feels flimsy but works well, October 26, 2009
Verified Purchase(What's this?)
Using it almost daily, a bit fiddly to open, and the arms feel flimsy, but if handled with care should last. I put mine in a large plant container filled with broken concrete - mobile if need be with a hand truck (e.g. to garage for indoor drying in rainy weather). Cut your power bill GO SOLAR TODAY!!!

5.0 out of 5 stars great for big toe joint pain, October 26, 2009
Verified Purchase(What's this?)
I'm a high mile inline skater and XC skier - lots of pain in big toe joint before I got these. Also great for mountaineering/backpacking (cushions right where you need it on long descents.) One drawback for skiing - they tend to ball up in the crook of toes - might be remedied by taping them onto foot in a loop.

4.0 out of 5 stars good basic hoist, October 26, 2009
Verified Purchase(What's this?)
I got these to save my back hoisting a disabled adult into/out of wheel chair/jogger, (with a climbing harness). Works great. Worth taking extra time untwisting the rope feeding it through the blocks to minimize twist/binding.
