5.0 out of 5 stars Top Notch Detective Thriller, February 18, 2015

A fantastic show with wonderful performances from the entire cast. Titus Welliver, in particular, is terrific and I hope this role leads to more "good guy" opportunities for him in the future.

4.0 out of 5 stars Good Hoodie for a Decent Price, December 8, 2014
Verified Purchase(What's this?)
This is a very good, but not great, hoodie. The price is fantastic, and the fit is good. However, it doesn't really hold up well after washing it once (it holds up well enough to wear around the house, but I wouldn't wear it in public anymore). I get little fuzz balls alll over it after only one washing (following the care instructions to a "T").

With that being said, it still is a very good product. Definitely worth the price here on Amazon.

I have owned two of these drives for 1 and 2 years respectively and they have performed flawlessly. They are great, inexpensive little drives IMO.

3.0 out of 5 stars Good Infuser but has one major flaw., November 13, 2013
Verified Purchase(What's this?)
It is an okay infuser but not perfect. It has a lot of good things about it and one major flaw.
Pos: (1) Big size basket allows the good water circulation, which is great because large leaf teas are allowed to fully unfold and develop their flavor. (2) Fine mesh basket doesn't allow debris to penetrate into your teapot or tea mug. (3) Easy to clean because the leaves don’t get stuck on the mesh like they do on some infusers that are made out of a solid piece of stainless steel with bunch of little holes in it, rather than a fine mesh or a net. (I have some of those infusers as well and they are harder to get the leaves out of). So the mesh is definitely the way to go. (4) It is fairly attractive and comes with its own little stainless steel plate which doubles as a lid. I like that because it gives me a designated place to set the wet tea basket in between infusions as I do multiple infusions of the same tea. I used to put my infusers in a separate cup or on a paper towel and it was a mess. So the little matching tray is really a nice touch. (5) the handle is curved such that you can lower the infuser all the way down into your teapot or a tea mug, so no part of infuser sticks out from the teapot or a mug. This is a smart design.
Now to the cons: If your mug is bigger (has a bigger diameter) this infuser will tilt in it and won’t stay up straight. This is because there is only one handle. So, when it tilts in your mug, part of the infuser gets completely covered up by water and part of it stick out because of the handle. This way the tea floats to the top and escapes into your mug. So you have to find a really small diameter mug, which is hard (I don’t have any as of now). It is also weird to have a huge infuser for a tiny cup. So, I have to constantly struggle with this sinking infuser and escaping tea. The solution is to to fill up you mug only a part way and then, after you take out the infuser add more hot water. This is not ideal way to make tea, that is why I give it only 3 stars. Despite the fact that it has many good things going for it, for me this constitutes a major flaw in design. They should have thought of it and made another handle on the other side so that it sits straight in the mug and doesn’t tilt and sink (especially considering the price).

5.0 out of 5 stars Essential Reading, January 12, 2012
Verified Purchase(What's this?)
I strongly encourage anyone who is tired of the inane blathering of today's political pundits, and longs for insightful analysis and truly engaging writing, to purchase this book.

Sean Trende, who is the Senior Elections Analyst for RealClearpolitics.com, is one of the most startling talents to emerge onto America's political stage in ages. Possessing an encyclopedic knowledge of American elections, Mr. Trende is able to make connections and provide insights into electoral trends which lesser pundits are simply incapable of.

In "The Lost Majority", Mr. Trende explains how the dream of a permanent Democratic majority emerging from the 2008 election was an illusion, mainly because all political majorities/coalitions are transitory. What sets this book apart, however, is Mr. Trende's unique insights on demographics. Namely, how much of what you hear that is passed on as "known facts" regarding how racial/ethnic/economic groups vote is simply wrong.

Buy this book! I can promise that what you read will utterly change the way you view American politics. Not many electoral analysts are capable of this. But if you have read Mr. Trende in the past, you know that for him this is routine.
